good hotel nice place not to close to the center.

Included breakfast was good. Liked the shower.

Room was very small, could hear people talking in next room. I would suggest that the hotel give out notices to new arrivals that the doors have a very strong spring on them and if let go, will slam shaking the room next door, so please hold onto the door and close it slowly!!!!

The location to far everything

The location is great on the banks of river Arno. For us it was really convenient as though it was only a few minutes walk along the Arno to the Centro storico it was fairly close to the Stadio Artemio Franchi as well meaning we could leave the car in the hotel's garage (which is a reasonable €20 for 24hrs) and walk to wherever we needed to go.

Rooms on the smallish side and one of the rooms' wardrobe was to tiny to fit more than 4 shirts.

The bed was very bad, breakfast was poor. The hotel lives in 1980.

My wife is studying in Firenza and I came to visit. She felt pampered.

Comfortable bed, air conditioning, very quiet, clean.

The wireless internet was weak in the room, and really only worked well in the foyer. Hotel location was a little bit far from the centre of Florence.

Centraly located hotel on Arno river and at the same time very convenient for car travelers. Comfort rooms with air-conditioning (you'll need it when outride temperature is 35 degree Celsius).

The breakfast, although well organized, suffers from insufficient variety. If you want a good coffee, better pay some extra charge at the American bar at the hotel lobby.

Breakfast was terrible. Bad food like bread was hard, the bacon was thick and full of hard pieces. The coffee was terrible( specially in Italy) no plates or bowls for cereal. The service was rude, trying to get everyone out at 9:55, even if breakfast times where advertised at 07:00 to 10:00

The receptionist was unable to check us in in an efficient manner. There was confusion as o how many beds were in the rooms although our reservations specifically stated how many beds were needed. One family took 45minutes to be checked in after a long day of traveling.

Local agradavel; cama e chuveiro excelentes.

Quarto e bbanhiro bem inferirres ao que foi apresentado na Internet, tv de 14polegadas, quarto sujo (carpet e armários). Recomendo procurar outro com melhor custo benefício.

Es un hotel grande, con las instalaciones muy nuevas. La cama de la habitación era muy grande y cómoda y la habitación en general era pequeñita, no la calificaría como para un hotel de 4 estrellas pero estaba todo muy limpio.

El hotel está un poco lejos del centro, sobretodo si se va andando. El personal de recepción parece que no ha trabajado nunca en un hotel, ya que no se enteraban demasiado de nada. Las habitaciones no son nada insonorizadas, se oye de todo. Oyes los ronquidos, la ducha, el wc y las conversaciones de las habitaciones vecinas. Además son habitaciones muy pequeñas, hay todo lo justo, pero pequeño. El desayuno justito pero correcto.
