室内は明るく清潔で快適なアメリカンスタイルで、歩き疲れても癒されます。ラウンジも快適で、居心地がよか- ったです。朝食、朝食堂も最高です。 部屋に湯沸しポットとお茶セットも備えられています。

お風呂は、お湯のバスタブ/シャワーの切り替えが分かりにくく、一泊目は切り替えできませんでした- 。もしかしたら先回泊まった時も同じことをしたような…

駅に近いにもかかわらず静かで清潔感がある。

価格の割にはとにかく場所が分かりやすく、お風呂もついていて初めての人にはよいと思います。

部屋のカギが簡単すぎで少し心配。

何をするにも便利な立地でした。クリスマスに泊まったのですが、パネトーネとお水のサービスがありました。- 3泊中、一度ホテルのディナーをいただきました。給仕のかたがとても親切だったのが印象的でした。デザート- がおいしかったです。周りをみるとお肉料理を食べている人が結構いたので、メインはお肉がいいのかもしれま- せん。部屋はベランダ付の広々とした部屋で大満足でした。掃除もきれいに行われていました。スタッフは英語- なら問題なく通じます。

Firenze S.M.N.駅、街の中心部に近い スタッフの応対が良い

雰囲気のあるホテルで、天井に絵などがあり、ヨーロッパっぽい雰囲気を楽しむにはよかった。ホテルの人の対- 応は非常によかったが、朝食の際に一人だけとても態度が大きくて威張った人がいた。小さい子供がいるので家- 族が一緒に座ることを希望したが、話が通じずさっさと座らないから他の人に席をとられるのだというように逆- に責められた。サービスを提供するホテルの対応ではないと思った。それ以外の人の対応はみな非常によかった- ので残念である。

古いホテルだったためか、シャワーの出と排水が悪かったのが唯一残念。

駅に近いホテルで便利だった。ベネツイアから移動し、ホテルに荷物を置いてすぐにピサに移動する計画を組ん- でいた。スムースに移動できた。 サンタマリアノベッツラ広場に面した立地は広々として良かった。 朝食も満足できた。もう少し新鮮な野菜がほしかった。 希望レストランの予約も行ってくれた。

The location being right downtown and close to the train station.

The price was too expensive and if you want a room with a view of the square "Do Not" get the triple room. Booking stated a view of the square and that did not happen with this package!

This charming hotel is fronted by a beautiful, tranquil piazza. The staff are really helpful and friendly and our room was perfect. A great rooftop pool area and bar which looks out across Florence, truly lovely and highly recommended.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Their recommendations for dinner, etc were spot on. The breakfast each day was great! The location could not be beat. Right in the heart of everything.

I feel like the décor of the rooms could be updated. While not a lot of time was spent there, other than to sleep, it felt dated and worn.

This hotel has the perfect location, just looking out our window onto the piazza was amazing. The breakfast staff were disorganised and were running around but not doing much, had to ask 5 times for a cup of tea, I think guest should be able to get their own tea & coffee and this will take a load off the kitchen staff.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, someone our room. Both staff and management were excellent in helping us deal with our loss and the local police. The hotel management sent a bi-lingual staff member with us to report the loss at the police station. They offered to change our room and changed the lock on the door. They compensated us with one night's accommodation and a lovely dinner in their restaurant which was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The location is perfect - close to train station, located on a lovely piazza and walking distance to the main areas of Florence.

I really liked the location which is close to the center, the places to visit, the restaurants, the shops as well as the train station and the staff members are very friendly

The furniture needs to be a little bit in a better shape specially the corridors leading to the rooms

Absolutely excellent. Great staff. Wonderful breakfasts. Top class location and the room and facilities in it were great. One of the memorable highlights of the trip.

5 minute walk to SMN train station & SITA bus station which you can take to airport for 6 euro. Roof top pool & lounge w/fab views of city. Very good American breakfast buffet. We had a room facing the piazza w/small balcony. It was quiet. Overall best value in Florence of the 3 hotels we patronized.
