Excellent location, within a few minutes walking from all the major sites, friendly helpful staff (I needed to print our return boarding passes and the receptionist gave me use of their computer and printer). We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a junior suite which was huge!! for an extra 30 euros, possibly because we arrived before midday. We had booked a classic double. |

This hotel is in a convenient location with good, quiet rooms and the staff are attentive. Although we had booked a superior double, we were upgraded to a luxury suite with fabulous views. |

Good room in a location convenient to the train terminal and the various tourist sites in the area. Free internet! Unable to do our own ironing. The hotel only uses one tour company which is not necessarily the best company... |

Friendly staff, very good food and location, reasonably priced No mention of major redevelopment of piazza outside hotel during stay, asked for double room, got 2 singles pushed together |

The pool on the roof - with great views, bar and complimentary nibbles, extensive breakfast buffet, generous size of room (family suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms), location very convenient for main sights and shopping but quite quiet. Not the hotel's fault obviously but the Square outside was under development - but quiet as builders were on holiday! |

Superb location with access to both the city and the station, nice environment, beautiful view. Very noisy hotel with poor isolation, the hotel has become too big for the facilities they offer, no hospitality, staff is not professional: they don't treat the guests with kindness and will to serve. |

The hotel is very close to the Duomo. The terrace with the swimming pool is great. Big and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Very good quality for an Italian hotel of its catergory. |

Location is very close to train station and city center. Breakfast is excellent and has both hot and cold food - large selection. Pool is small but nice to cool off on a hot day. Internet connection and terminal was free. A little expensive, but I was glad to choose the hotel overall. |
