The staff were friendly. The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean and pleasant. Good pool and facilities Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Things kept running out and were not immediately replaced |

Welcome champagne in our room. Room was not even close to the photos on the site. We had superior room, and it was very small with bad, old furniture and small balcony above which were airconditions so we couldn't use it. We had dificulties while taking our laguage in and out because you have to pass through a maze of stairs and halways to reach elevators. Staff at the reception is very rude. Breakfast was very bad, unusualy for hotels in Italy and they even have plastic cups for juice. |

While the grandeur of the Parco del Sole may have faded a little (slightly worn carpets/dated decor in places), the rooms are modern and immaculate. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the cleanliness is beyond reproach, and the local restaurants and shops in St Agnello are a wonderful bonus. The hotel exuded a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere and every member of staff- from reception to housekeeping- was pleasant and concerned with our comfort and satisfaction. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel and this contributed significantly to our positive experience of the hotel. The waiters in the breakfast room were wonderfully entertaining and charm itself. Unfortunately, there was a lack of healthy breakfast food. The fruit was past its best, there were not enough vegetarian options, and the fruit juice was a sickly cordial. Too many carbs all round. |

This hotel was excellent the only drawback was that it was falsely advertised as being in Sorrento. You must exit the train station before Sorrento (Sant Antognello). It is a bus ride to downtown Sorrento/ports etc. |

Das Hotel befindet sich in ruhiger Lage ausserhalb von Ischia Ponte, verfügt aber über eine gute Busanbindung zum Hafen und Busbhf. in Ponte. Das HP-Menu ist sehr vielseitig, so dass man alle Inselspezialitäten kennenlernt. |

La habitación era espaciosa. La piscina muy bien también. El desayuno notable. Excepto las señoras de la limpieza, el resto del personal era bastante antipático (les costaba incluso saludar a la mayoría) y con un ingles bastante deficiente. |

Van alle gemakken voorzien. Shuttleservice naar centrum Sorrento. Goed zwembad, alleen loopt het snel het diepe gedeelte in. Voor kleine kinderen dus wat gevaarljjk. Genoeg bedjes. Hele complex is ruim opgezet.Dus ook goede parkeermogelijkheden. Tip: wil u met de circumvesuviana naar Napels, Pompeï enz., dan kunt u veel beter gebruik maken van het stationnetje San Agnello. Hotel uit en direct rechtsaf. Ongeveer 500 meter aan linkerkant vindt u dit terug. Het station Sorrento ligt een stuk verder weg. Vloerbedekking is hard toe aan vervanging. Bij een 3-sterren vallen we hier niet over maar een 4-sterren? Edoch; prijs-kwaliteit is goed, dus waar hebben we het eigenlijk nog over....... |

La piscine. Pas de mini-bar, ni Wifi. Les horaires de navette pour la ville de Sorrento n'étaient pas très commodes. La salle de restaurant était tres froide. |
