The location

The internet service was charged 49 euros from my credit card as soon as I entered my particulars (I have arrangement with my bank to send me SMS of every transaction immediately). Having checked my mail I got a receipt on 2.83 euros, which were not charged (but the 49 were).The hotel explained that this was just for reservation and would be returned, which was not. Also, they told me that they were not responsible for the internet service, but the provider was. This is not a justifiable excuse, since it is situated in their lobby for their guests to use, thus becoming their responsibility. I now have a long process of complaint to return the money charged for several minutes of internet use. This is completely unacceptable and gives very bad impression of the hotel as a whole.

unique excellent location

No internet. Wi-Fi 22 euros / 24 h – per device! You can not connect at first your laptop and afterwards (after disconnecting) your iPad. Shower cabin is too small and in bad condition.

The staff was very helpful with directions and restaurant selections.

Handy central location but away from the masses of the piaza. Quiet and the staff were friendly without being bothersome.

The fittings are all a little worn and grotty, but everything functioned and I was perfectly comfortable. Lift is a bit lurchy. Seemed quite expensive for the standard but was excellently located.

Exelent location. Just 100 steps from Duomo

It was impossible to open windows at night. To noisy!

Toiliet is to small and view was not good. Internet wifi it was with fee (24 h 9 eur) expensive, shut be free.

We loved the room, especially the furniture and the size. The staff were excellent and the breakfast one of the best I've had anywhere.

We would have liked a restaurant - the one recommended by the hotel was disappointing - service was surly!

I loved only the location

I did not love the hotel since it's too old not wellcoming, the bed matresses were even worse, the dining room is located underground, the elevetors are small and in bed situeted

Everything, lovation, staff, price

Smell in the bathroom was awful. Breakfast is not for 4star hotel.

The staff are very good and helpful the hotel near by the duomo and shopping area.

We can not sleep because of hot wether in the room. Conditioner did not work!? No internet.

I like it's easy access to the Duomo & shopping Centers, as well as it's only 2 min walk to the Duomo Metro station. The rooms are confortable and spacious and very clean. The staff are very nice. I really did like this hotel.

Well the breakfast is very poor. And for what we paid for the room I expect to Get more amenities and they don't have Wiffi . Till now no internet connection a 4 stars hotel. But I enjoyed my stay and I'll repeat it.
