Perfect location . Vast and clean room . Good staff It doesn't deserve more than three stars hotel . Old hotel , old bathrooms and small elevator .Very poor breakfast . No free Internet .

It is near the Dumo place 2 mn walking. The breakfast was verry poor, all the menu consists of juice,coffe,croissant and yogurt.No cheese, salame, eggs,etc...

The location The internet service was charged 49 euros from my credit card as soon as I entered my particulars (I have arrangement with my bank to send me SMS of every transaction immediately). Having checked my mail I got a receipt on 2.83 euros, which were not charged (but the 49 were).The hotel explained that this was just for reservation and would be returned, which was not. Also, they told me that they were not responsible for the internet service, but the provider was. This is not a justifiable excuse, since it is situated in their lobby for their guests to use, thus becoming their responsibility. I now have a long process of complaint to return the money charged for several minutes of internet use. This is completely unacceptable and gives very bad impression of the hotel as a whole.

The location near to Duomo Cathedral. The hotel is old and out of fashion, needs an urgente remodeling/update. The breakfast is poor and it was a confusion (there were no dishes, cutlery, coffee machine broken, etc.). The frequency of the hotel is just a result of the great location, but the horel is not in accordance with the rating of 4 stars.

It's location a very short walk 4 min walk to the main Cathedral Square for restaurants, bars and shopping. The hotel had no restaurant and very limited bar perhaps because of the above comment.

Location is perfect and the only thing The bathroom is a 1 star, so ugly and smelly and basic! Breakfast is a hostel breakfast, we decided to have breakfast outside, it is just unacceptable to have such a breakfast in Italy where you have good food almost everywhere. In 21st century in a 4 star hotel, no internet access but fair that it was said before. Even though the location is perfect but I dont reccomend it at all

Location great right by shops and cathedral Hotel cannot be 4star, it was so old beds were disgusting with those old blankets. There was no gym or spa, they wanted to charge 22 euros for wireless per day. Most 4 star hotels this is complimentry. The breakfasts were very basic and simple.

The location is good - next to Piazza Reale...just a few minutes walk to the Duomo and shopping. 1. Not worth the money. 2. Poor service from the staff and I was neglected in several occasions. 3. Had a hard time getting a taxi. 4. Room not furnished with towels and toiletries after room cleaning.
