services and general maintenance of the hotel are extremely bad for the prices and the level they pretend to have (4*!). Terrible breakfast room. Luggage deposit is just the understairs without custody service. Furthermore, bad smell in the entrance hall. |

The desk staff were very helpful when asked for a wake-up call and a 3 am taxi to airport. Buffet breakfast had a plentiful selection of food. I was impressed with the comprehension of English shown by the desk staff. |

The reception staff was very helpful. We were on the non-smoking floor facing the main shopping street. The windows were sound-proof so I got a great nice sleep. It took a long time for the shower water temperature to go from lukewarm to hot. |

Buffet breakfast and room was excellent .Staff excellent. The reception staff spoke good English and were very informative and helpful Star/point system overrated Aware that Europe is different to Uk but no real lounge or bar facility. An Italian TV and sofa in one corner of breakfast bar. A ' cockail bar' in other corner Never opened anyway and no English news/sky channel in the room. Very expensive for the facilities |

La colazione è consigliabile portarla da casa in thermos visto che avevano finito il latte per due giorni consecutivi e nessuno ha pensato di andare alla bottega a comprarlo. Credo che ciò rappresenti una valida carta di presentazione . Sono certa che questo commento sarà rigorosamente omesso dai commenti degli ospiti. |

Ontvangst bij de receptie was zeer vriendelijk, kamers netjes en mooie badkamer, prima ontbijt buffet Kamer keek uit op een binnenplaats, maar ik verwacht niet veel voor een hotelkamer in een stad. |

No és ni de bon troç un hotel de categoria, sinò més aviat justet. És bastant vellot, no té parking, encara que n'hi ha un a prop a raó de 24 euros per dia. |

La pulizia della camera, la posizione buona e vicinissima alla metro, la gentilezza di gran parte dello staff. A causa della vicinanza alla metro, si sentiva il rumore dei treni... tuttavia niente di insopportabile! (almeno dal quinto piano!) |

Das Hotel war sehr einfach zu erreichen, für unsere Zwecke (Shopping) optimale Lage, Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Das Doppelbett war sehr eng bemessen und im Zimmer wurde geraucht. |

De ligging van het hotel We hadden een kamer tegenover de personeelsruimte, waar s óchtends en s'avonds het personeel zich kwam verkleden, dat gaf de nodige geluidshinder en op zaterdagavond hadden we last van de discotheek. |
