Incantevoli le terrazze ed il giardino con un incantevole affaccio su uno dei tratti di costa più belli del golfo. Bella la piscina posta tra alberi di limone, aranci e con la possibilità, in alternativa, di usufruire della spiaggia privata nel verde a ridosso della scogliera. Situato nel pieno centro cittadino, è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni (Pompei, Costiera Amalfitana, Capri etc.). Apprezzabile l’accoglienza e la cordialità del personale che contribuisce a creare un’atmosfera di familiarità che permette ai clienti di sentirsi pienamente a proprio agio. La colazione poco "italiana" sarà sicuramente gradita alla numerosa clientela anglosassone. |

we thoroughly loved our stay at the grand hotel royal particularly because we actually got the room that was requested.a lot of hotels show one room but you get some thing quite different! also staff were excellent and polite,food excellent and surroundings were of a high standard. to pay for movies and internet |

Good service and friendly staff. Hotel is in excellent situation with wonderful views from rooms overlooking the Bay of Naples. It is worth paying the extra for this. Breakfasts were excellent. Restaurant lacked atmosphere and menus were disappointing and expensive. |

we had room 520 on the fifth floor, the view was amazing, the room was not huge but it was big enough, the balcony was fab, the cleaners came twice a day, the pool was lovely, service very good, we reaaly enjoyed our honeymoon |

Room was huge and well decorated. Staff accommodated my request for a room w/view. Many english language channels. Great pool, also ocean access and pier. Very central yet quiet. Quick walk to everything. Good breakfast. I was charmed. Not an issue for me but if you have a car its 25 euro day to park it. |

The staff were so obliging starting from the front office who made every effort to change our room to a bay facing one,to the chambermaid who was so cheerful and even the laundry service which was so superior to others we had experienced on our travels.The facilities provided by the hotel and the view from the the room and almost everywhere in the hotel was also fantastic, great value for money |

The views are beautiful< if you can splurge get a full view balcony room. the rooms are very big for europe standards.Great breakfast, the best of the whole 2and a half weeks. the pool was not heated. and with a hotel of this standard I dont think there should be a charge for internet.... |

The staff was great, recomending where to go and how to go. The views of the Vesubio were a great way to start your day and the location, for those not moving by car is excellent. The bus and train station is two blocks away as the centre of the city and yet, the place was enough quiet to rest. |
