Staff, location, comfort, breakfast, restaurant, all fantastic. Torino is a fabulous town void of the hoards of tourists, we will be back. If you can, stay at this hotel, you won't be disappointed.
The furnishings and fittings were very tasteful. Reception staff were very courteous and obliging. Breakfasts were very nicely presented with a good variety and high quality.
The hotel was very noisy - especially very early in the morning with loud voices and a lot of internal noise. Wi Fi connection very poor
The rooms were beautifully appointed. The beds were so nice and comfortable. The welcoming staff were very helpful. They pointed us in the right direction for dinner options. The bar had generous pours which was refreshing after Paris.
The morning breakfast would have been nice if they had a few more hot options for us Americans. And I was briskly told that there was no porridge, that was an English thing. How hard is it to add some water to instant oatmeal for us cholesterol watching folks.
Spent four nights in the wonderful city of Turin. The hotel is in an excellent position, staff are well trained and very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a large selection. All rooms are different and well decorated. Our room No.122 was large with a small bathroom and overlooked the courtyard, hence quiet at night. Air conditioning is noisy but can be turned off. The American Bar was cosy and served good Aperitivos.
central location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodation and great buffet breakfast.
Very poor wi-fi connection.
Loved our stay, we had a big very quiet room just as I had booked. And the bells from the church nearby were a pleasant surprise (never at a time when one is sleeping). When you come in from the street, you don't think you will find such a nice hotel. Breakfast was generous with good produce and my husband always had the lovely Italian expresso.
Great location, pleasant helpful staff, fabulous breakfasts
The only minor thing that would have improved our stay would have been tea/coffee making facilities in the room
Everything about it. The elegance, comfort, standard of maintenance, staff, food, convenience of location, quietness not to mention the glorious floral arrangements.
That our visit was only for two nights.
Location, room, breakfast
Not being told that the restaurant would be closed for a private function.
The location is amazing, just several blocks away from the most charming piazzas... Room is beautiful, clean and quite, stuff is very helpful and nice (they provide us with a very professional and sweet babysitter for our two little kids), breakfast is tasty with lots of regional specialities. All that to say that it's a perfect hotel to combine business and leisure, or just to enjoy the last one.
The rating says it all. Big and nice room, comfortable bed and lounge. Nice breakfast. Friendly and competent staff. Impeccable cleanliness Good location downtown Torino, perfect to visit the city
Sophisticated decor. Welcoming staff. Great location. Terrific breakfast. Very comfortable bed with high end linens.
The uniforms and decor are very Downton Abbey with beautiful silver service and attention to detail, the room was spacious and comfortable with brilliant wifi coverage and a smashing bathroom. The reception staff were lovely and helpful and speak excellent English.
Location was a bit low rent in comparison to the Hotel
Sheets, linen , bed , towels etc all excellent. Clean and tidy. Very central.
No Wifi in our room. The universal cable management system in the room was not working. Odd view from our attic room into what appeared to be derelict apartments .... Homeless people outside hotel made location seem a bit threatening.
The place was very elegant,,,room linens very nice,,,comfy bed, ,,,,,perfect location in Torino ,,,but the best part was the staff at the guest desk. Everyone we came in contact with was professional, patient, and kind. They were especially helpful when we had some train ticket problems. They went out of their way to help us.
We liked everything
We liked the upgrade to a suite.
Very good value for money.perfect location: quiet but at the same time in the heart of the town.
Not possible to make tea in the room
Nice location and great breakfast
The bathroom is really very small and it was a bit noisy ( noises from the rooms close by)
amiable staff, great bed, terrific breakfast, located smack in the middle of this beautiful city
Same breakfast every day
There are all kind of important hotels in Europe, but this is truly a fine and elegant one and a pleasure to spend a couple of days in it. The staff is cordial and careful in their recommendations and generous in their suggestions. I will not stay anywhere else in Torino.
This hotel is just amazing we had a wonderful 4 nights every member of the staff were just wonderful & made us feel special. Breakfast excellent & good variety & in the Restaurant was also very good
