The professionalism of the maitre d' in the restaurant. The general friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cost of Wi-Fi access is exorbitant € 26,00 for 24 hours.The price you quoted € 381 is for rooms with no view. Seaview rooms cost € 422 per night. |

Splendid hotel and very helpful staff Description of original room as having special view misleading . The view was in the opposite direction to the town and etna . However I was upgraded . |

The restaurant was very good. The prices are high but the quality and service was excellent. The view from the restaurant and the hotel was fantastic. You look directly at Mt Etna and down the coast. |

We loved our Honeymoon stay at this hotel.They gave us champagne and a lovely cake on arrival along with a free upgrade to a beautiful room called the Garden Suite.The staff were fabulous and attended to our every need definantly a 5 star hotel.Exceptionally clean and the grandest hotel in Taormina.Would stay again! |

Hotel hat wirklich Stil, eine prächtige Aussicht über die Bucht und auf den Ätna, einen großen Park mit wunderschönen Pflanzen. Das Rezeptionspersonal ist top. Man musste argumentieren, um einen Salat auf's Zimmer zu bekommen, bei diesem Preis unverständlich. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist laut / veraltet. Das junge Personal im Restaurant ist ungeschickt und ziemlich unwissend, was die Speisen angeht.. |

Das Hotel hat eine wunderbare Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und auf den Ätna. Es liegt am Ende einer sehr belebten Gasse und direkt am griechischen Theater. Absolut ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr schön. Ein sehr schöner Garten. Mit dem Auto sehr umständlich anzufahren. Parken am Fuße des Gartens, absolut kein Service um die Gäste nach oben zur Rezeption zu bringen, es wird erwartet, daß die Gäste laufen. Das Gepäck wird nach langem Warten in einen schmutzigen Kleinwagen verladen. |

O Hotel é excelente. Vista deslumbrante para o mar Jônio e para o vulcão Etna. Quartos limpos e funcionários muito atenciosos. Um pouco complicado o acesso de carro, já que passa por zona de pedestre (autorizada) com muito movimento. Mas, detalhe facilmente superado pelo conforto e qualidade do hotel. |

Nossa estadia no hotel Timeo foi a melhor possível: hotel muito bonito, ótima localização, quartos bonitos e grandes, staff muito gentil e atencioso, café da manhã especial. Se voltrmos á Sicilia, certamente iremos ao hotel Timeo. |

mooie ligging, groots uitzicht. Matige service bij de receptie, niet vriendelijk en een van het hotel - door een openbare weg- gescheiden gebouw van het hotel (zo'n 100 meter lopen) met de junior suites, dat zorgt voor een Siberie gevoel. De prijs van een kamer, ca. 480,-- euro, geeft een slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. |
