Our room was great. The bar aea for having a coctail before dinner is splendid and the dining area outside for dinner was very nice. We used the gym and steam baths which are fine. We know in season there is a musician and we were a little disappointed he was not playing. For his cost we believe it would be very profitable for the hotel as it would attract other guests from other hotels as well as guests from our hotel to have more drinks in the bar area |

Aufmerksamer Service, sehr schöne Lage, wunderschöne Terasse mit Ausblick auf den Comersee, schöne gepflegte Gärten, gediegenes Interieur, ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet Kleine schmale Einfahrt zum Hotel. |

les piscines,le cadre,le petit-dejeuner,l accueil,le spa,si il fait beau c est merveilleux peu d activites autour de l hotel(restaurant,magasin).l utilisation de la voiture le soir est necessaire. Petite defaillances qui n est pas normal pour un 5 etoiles au niveau de l entretien des chambres (ampoule cassee jamais remplacee,manque de papier) |

personnel très bien formé parlant bien plusieurs langues aux petits soins que se soit au niveau femme de chambre, voituriers, serveurs, grooms, etc...très bon accueil des enfants de bas âge! ( notre filsde 5 mois) |

Die Lage, die Architektur und die Sicht auf den See und die Berge sind einzigartig. Das Schwimmbad im See ist auch etwas sehr besonderes. Die Weinpreise im Restaurant sind für ein 5-Stern Hotel moderat. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Man hat nie das Gefühl man warte auf Trinkgeld. Das Personal am Pool hat mehrmals die Bestellung oder Teile davon vergessen. Die Bestellung eines Espressos auf's Zimmer kostete 10 Euro. Die Preise für den Zimmerservice sollten schriftlich vorliegen um Überraschungen zu vermeiden. In den Unterlagen des Hotels stand nur etwas von einem Zuschlag aber nicht wieviel. |

heel mooi hotel, rustig ook als is het groot,steeds plaats in de tuin of aan het meer aan het zwembad, vriendelijke en correcte bediening zeker een aanrader, wij gaan zeker nog eens terug |

Sijainti ja hotellin taso. Siisti. Huikaiseva upea vuoristojärvinäköala. Arvokkaan, silti rennon oloinen ilmapiiri. Kaunis puutarha. Ystävällinen palvelu. Aamiainen herkullinen, paitsi leikkeleet olivat koko ajan lopussa. Erillinen munanpaistaja aivan onneton, uskomattoman hidas ja sähläsi muistiinpanojensa kanssa. Jäimme ilman muna-annostamme, kuten myös muut asiakkaat. Nykypäivän perusväline bide puuttui. |

La posizione meravigliosa, l'ospitalità, il grande giardino ben curato, la posizione del ristorante panoramico sul lago, con lo sfondo le montagne innevate Piccola cosa ma pratica specialmente a che non ha più vent'anni. Nella vasca bagno manca una maniglia per aiutarsi a mettersi in piedi, e nel bagno mancano i bicchieri. |
