Grand Hotel Vanvitelli  

Good location if you are by car, the only decent hotel in Caserta.

Only receptionist speaks English, all other staff not a word. Toiletseat broken in the bathroom, shower clogged up with chalk, hard mattresses & pillows, no towels at the pool (which looked more like a storage area next to the highway) and breakfast rather poor quality. But despite all that, still the only nice hotel in Caserta!

The hotel was really nice, like a castle. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and luxorious. The breakfast was also very good, buffet style with a large selection of everything. Overall very well worth to stay there a couple of days.

The indoor spa was under construction, when we were staying there.

Palatial decor. Clean and comfortable room. Convenient stopover for travelling south. Also convenient to outlet mall.

The quality of the ingredients in the restaurant was good, but the service was amongst the worst I have ever experienced. The menu was restricted to a few items, but we were not told this until we have chosen from a full menu items which were not in fact available. We were told that this was because it was Saturday night. When it evertually arrived my meal was cold, and the waiter virtually threw it at us. Which was a shame because it had been a fine piece of steak.

Staff friendly and helpful and request for travel cot was accomodated, lovely stay.

Room was comfortable and clean. Only thing of interest was watching the local street girls from our hotel room plying their trade.

There was no information in the room about hotel facilities such as room service, TV stations (how to use), hotel restaurant and local attractions/shopping etc. Although website suggests this as a well placed hotel for the tourist, the hotel offered no tours or tourist information, and the location was not suitable in evenings for families walking in evening. The "full English breakfast" was not good - eggs were cold and bacon looked horrible. This hotel seems suited to the business person only.

Lo spazio enorme, anche nelle camere.

staff, struttura bellissima, eleganza camere, buon rapporto qualità prezzo, touch screen per luci camera, apertura porta e altri servizi.

pulizia buona ma non ottima, telefono senza numero della reception, vasca idromassaggio da rivedere, richiesta camera con vista ignorata.

La sobrietà del servizio

La maestosità della struttura, la sontuosità e la pulizia delle camere, l'attenzione ai dettagli, l'ottima e abbondante colazione, il personale cortese.

Pelo nell' uovo: nella stanza faceva caldo e non c'era modo di spegnere il sistema di condizionamento. Purtroppo non si poteva dormire con la finestra socchiusa

Il ristorante è di buon livello, le camere sono spaziose e ben pulite, molto bella è la Hall dell'hotel, non ne ho mai viste così! Anche la colazione offre una scelta più che sufficiente. L'hotel è dotato di ampio parcheggio, wireless inclusa, ed eventualmente parcheggio sotterraneo.
