The staff were very helpful at all times. The hotel dining was acceptable enough but see below. We tried to find a restaurant neerby but failed both times and we were driving. Recomend that you do not ake a car to old town. The charging structure when you were only having a main meal was extorinate as they still charged for 3 course. The pool sides due to its location were covered in green algae. I feel that they should clean the pool more often as a result as my wife and oldest daughter wouldn't use it. Never did find a restaurant withing 5km of hotel. I am sure there were some but I don't know where they were. |

Posizione semplice da raggiungere!!! camere confortevoli anche se necessitano di qualche rittocchino!!! Tutto sommato va bene!!! La tv non si vedeva bene; colazione scarsa. |

Ein gepflegtes Business-Hotel mit allem, was dazu gehört, auch einer passablen Küche Etwas weit außerhalb des Ortes - nur mit Auto kopmmt man in die Stadt -und da gibt es erhebliche Parkschwierigkeiten. |

Rien !!! La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas le 1er jour et était inutilisable ensuite car abominablement bruyante. La piscine était vide. Le coffre-fort ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Cet hotel ne mérite absolument pas son classement 4 étoiles. Tout est veillot et de façon générale cet hotel est sinistre. Tout !!! Bonne étape à Caltagirone, entre Piazza Armérina et Raguse. Hôtel calme, personnel prévenant, chambres "executive" correctes avec très belle vue sur les collines et la ville de Caltagirone, restaurant correct avec quelques plats siciliens acceptables sans être exceptionnels, petit déjeuner correct. Hôtel repris par la chaîne nh : chambres rénovées mais aspect général un peu "vieillot", quartier sans charme (près de l'hôpital) et aspect extérieur de l'hôtel sans charme (bâtiment moderne ayant mal vieilli). Demander impérativement une chambre côté "collines et Caltagirone". |

Freundlichkeit am Empfang. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr aufmerksam und beratend. Service im Restaurant. Die Mitarbeiter kümmern sich nur bedingt um die Gäste. Man ist gezwungen, Serviceleistungen abzufordern. |
