Granduomo  

Un'esperienza indimenticabile. L'hotel è favoloso, in posizione centralissima. La nostra stanza all'ultimo piano affacciava direttamente sul Duomo. Ampia, luminosa e ben arredata aveva un piccolo angolo cottura dotato di tutto il necessario per la colazione, ma anche per la preparazione di un pasto. La mattina fuori dalla porta abbiamo trovato brioches fresche e panini dolci ed è stato magico mangiare in camera godendo della vista sulla Chiesa e sulla piazza. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo e attento alle nostre esigenze. Come ultima nota personale mi sento in dovere di aggiungere che sono stati assolutamente disponibili e comprensivi nel posticipare la data del nostro soggiorno, causa malattia del nostra bambina a soli due giorni dalla partenza, mantenendo la stessa tipologia di stanza e senza l'aggiunta di penali. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Posizione invidiabile, camera ampia e ben strutturata, possibilità di cucinare, splendida organizzazione per la 1^ colazione all'italiana in camera, disponibilità dello staff (per informazioni - per il taxi)

Il mio soggiorno al granduomo é stato davvero molto bello, servizievoli e gentili é tutto davvero eccezionale.. Il personale è squisito e il trattamento che ti riservano idem, le camere sono davvero molto belle e anche pulitissime! La cucina in ordine e accessoriata in modo ottimale. Consiglio quest'hotel a tutti.

Si con dispiacere devo ammettere che c'è una cosa negativa, all'interno della mia camera il bagno non era dotato di bidet.

Can't beat the location right beside the Duomo and five minutes walk from the smn train station. Service was very personalized. Room was huge and decorated in a charming and quaint way. The attic had a beautiful view of the Duomo and the rooftops of the city. Nice touches like happy hour at the attic, drinks and snacks in the library. One of the few hotels in an old building that had an elevator, which was a relief after we had to carry suitcases up several flights of stairs in other boutique hotels.

We were given a very warm greeting upon arriving at the hotel!! We could not believe the perfect location! It is busy by the Duomo, yet the hotel is quiet and had a secluded feel to it! We were given a tour and were so impressed by the friendliness and family atmosphere. It was as if we were guests in a special home! Each morning was a little bag of breads and danishes hanging outside our door! The staff was so kind! This hotel/apartment has both history and a modern feel. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bells of the Duomo do ring each morning at 7, but we didn't mind - the joy of staying right beside the most beautiful spot in Florence. We would highly recommend this fantastic spot!!!

Our only suggestion would be a few more cooking utensils - especially a colander to strain the pasta!! We like to cook and it was a nice change after eating out!!!

Beautiful furnished apt. Marienella, the staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. We got upgraded to a deluxe room, it's very spacious and room has lovely kitchen. Bed wa very very comfortable with nice, crispy bed linen. We'll definitely stay here again and again when we come back to beautiful Firenze!. Very clean and everything worked well. The skyline rooftop was fantastic and location was second to none. BELLISIMMO.

Incredibly charming little hotel in unbelievable location: it's located right at the Duomo, you can hear the bells ring and look at the main Cathedral right from your window. It has unique florentine charm and feel. The rooms are bright and large. Very inviting and friendly staff. Wonderful experience in the heart of Florence!

One terrific location that made sightseeing in Florence a breeze. Very comfortable place and intimate and charming apartment with all the amenities. Imagine seeing the Duomo every morning when you wake up while enjoying a gourmet coffee in your comfortable Apartment.

We travelled all through Italy and this place has no negatives.

The location of the hotel was directly on the Piazza del Duomo which gave great access to the main tourist spots, shopping streets and restaurants in Florence. The hotel was everything that the website said plus a few extras like a common lounge / reading room with coffee and cake always available while on the top level of the hotel a covered terrace for relaxing and views of the city and nearby hills. Not much english on the TV but with the sights and musuems of Florence outside who needed TV. The easy to use coffee machine and daily pastries were a welcome bonus.
