Staff were very friendly and helpful, The grand hotel flora hotel says its a 4 star hotel but not to my opinion. I feel the rooms in the hotel need a lot of updating & I had mold on the ceiling of my bathroom. A friend of the group asked to be moved to a nicer room & another had to get the staff to come as their toilet seat was broken when we arrived!

El hotel no esta del todo mal,pero parece que esta un poco venido a menos.El desayuno si estuvo muy bueno. La gente del front desk no es muy colaboradora.El internet era un problema.Cobraban por cada hora de uso y había que estar pidiendo nueva clave.El hotel necesita mantenimiento.Se nota que es viejo.

Trevligt hotell med trevlig och professionell personal. Vi hade ett rum med utsikt mot havet och poolen vilket var nödvändigt då det gick en hårt trafikerad väg på andra sidan byggnaden. Rummet var trevligt med balkong åt två håll. Det var rent och sköttes bra. Frukosten var mycket bra med allt man kan önska sig av en frukost. Läget på hotellet är sisådär. Man kan ju få havsutsikt men samtidigt måste man gå på ortens mest trafikerade väg "Corso Italia" en lång bit för att ta sig till och från restauranger och shopping. Det är inte särskilt långt men det är en tio minuters promenad i hård trafik. Det fanns hotell med betydligt bättre läge. Vår luftkonditionering började bullra första natten och störde oss. Den bullrade och lugnade ner sig om vartannat, ibland bullrade den en timme och slutade o.s.v., och vi sa till om detta direkt. När vi återkom ifrån en utflykt runt 19-tiden frågade vi i receptionen ifall de ordnat luftkonditioneringen och fick veta att de inget gjort eftersom den inte bullrat när personalen varit där för att kolla till den. Lite märkligt eftersom vi var väldigt tydliga med att den bullrade och tystnade om vartannat. Sådags var det för sent att både fixa problemet och att byta rum. Den natten drog bullret igång tio minuter efter att vi kom till rummet och höll sedan i sig i stort sett konstant tills på morgonen efter. Då kom en servicekille och tittade på luftkonditioneringen och bytte senare ut alltihop. Kompensationen för detta blev ca 60 euro vilket vi anser som något snålt för två kassa nätter.

Presenza garage per auto, piscina, ubicazione dal centro città sufficiente. le camere assegnate per il mio soggiorno sono state al piano terra e si sono rivelate molto rumorose; la pulizia è stata effettuata nel tardo pomeriggio ed il bagno risulta molto vecchio e non conforme allo standard richiesto (4 stelle). Minibar completamente vuoto.

Our stay at Hotel Flora was great. The hotel was clean, breakfast was really nice. The best part was the large pool with plenty of room for everyone. The location was a plus as well.

Hall gradevole, ma non lasciatevi ingannare. Le stanze sono old style. Staff della reception cordiale e disponibile. Buona posizione vicina al centro pedonale della città. Stanze vetuste, obsolete e dal sapore decadente. Il bagno è molto piccolo e consumato dal tempo e dall'usura (le manopole del lavandino e della doccia sono consumate, senza smalto, si distingue nettamente l'ottone della base). Probabilmente era un hotel di buon livello 20 anni fa ma adesso è completamente da ristrutturare ed ammodernare. Colazione non internazionale e di basso livello (cornetti secchi e bevande self-service compreso latte, cappuccino e caffé). Hotel considerabile al massimo assimilato ad un due stelle. Vivamente sconsigliato.

Das Hotel war sauber, großer Pool. Teilweise war das Personal an der Reception schlecht informiert, was die Bushaltestellen /-verbindungen in der Umgebung des Hotels anging

It was a lovely hotel, not too far from the main square. A good variety of breakfast and helpful staff. I would stay again. The pool closed at 6pm, which I think is a bit early, as there is still plenty of light and warmth at this time of year. Also there wasn't clear pricing at the bar etc. I think putting a price list and general information in the rooms would be useful.

Staff friendly , clean, comfortable rooms Internet connection is very expensive , no signal in all rooms I had to change rooms , breakfast poor , hotel near to a station can t sleep well in the morning

The staff were great and really helpful. My room was clean and light and it offered a wide choice for breakfast. It was also only about 10 minute walk from the main plaza/train/bus station which was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Jolie chambre et jolie vue. Bon petit-déjeuner. Une seule prise électrique pour toute la chambre. Pas de possibilité de thé/café dans la chambre. Table de nuit sans tiroir, peu pratique. Pas assez de serviettes de toilette à disposition. Pas de vrai parking. Résultat: pas très bon pour un hôtel 4 étoiles
