The hotel is located on the hill and thus, you can enjoy wonderful view. Especially the view at night is breathtaking! ホテルは丘の中腹にあって眺めはすばらしいです。 All the foods of the restaurant were delicious but the services were disappointing. Each of us ordered one starter and one pasta dish (as in most cases a portion of a dish in Europe is too big for us) and then, the pasta were served before the starter. With desserts, we ordered one espresso and one coffee, then two cups of espresso were served. Each time we needed to correct and it took so long to finish our dinner. Next morning at the breakfast the same mistake was made regarding how our eggs should be cooked. レストランの料理はすばらしいが、サービスは壊滅的。しかし、ホテルの周辺には他に食事をするところがない- ので、1泊だけなら我慢できても毎日このレストランで食事をしたらイライラ爆発必至です。 |

Wonderfully situated hotel with a marvelous view over Merano. From the city, the 10 km route up to the hotel is quite a climb. The "Open Space" suite is truly an enormous and nicely decorated room (modern). It contains two flat screen tv's and a spaceous balcony. Regretfully, the bathroom is not completely in the same style as the room and therefore not entirely up-to-date. The room doesn't contain an airconditioning and can therefore become rather warm. The restaurant is rather expensive and high cuisine. TIP: go and visit the neighbours for a good Sud Tiroler dish (Gasthof Sulfner). |

The friendly staff and the romantic atmosphere, plus the possibility to do a variety of outdoor activities in the surrounding area. Maybe the directions to the hotel on the website could have been clearer regarding the number of kilometres to each turn, but I'm not very good at directions! |

Staff and service is excellent, cleanliness is very very good, anything available in room is always of top quality, views are breath taking !! Just one thing, menu in restaurant was the same for 2 days in a row, with only 3 options available. |

Die Lage oberhalb Meran ist fantastisch und spektakulär. Die ruhige Umgebung lässt keinen Lärm aufkommen.Allerdings fehlt durch die "einsame" Lage, abends ein Dorfcharakter und alternative Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Super Frühstücksbuffet!!! Der Wellnessbereich ist ausbaufähig. Besonders bei schönen Wetter wäre eine Aussenanlage (z. B. Wirlpool) wünschenswert. |

Ein atemberaubendes Hotel, erstklassige Lage, tolles Ambiente. Wenn einem Luxus Geld wert ist, dann ist man hier richtig aufgehoben. Zur Perfektion fehlen die letzten 5%, z.B. fehlende Malerarbeiten nach Kleinstreparaturen; Liebloses Lunchpaket. |

Il panorama e la struttura dell'hotel moderna ma molto ben integrata nel paesaggio (stile "beauty farm") Il ristorante costosissimo e con poca varietà dei cibi e la posizione dell'hotel che è molto scomodo da raggiungere rispetto a Merano. La porta del bagno in camera era di cattivo gusto,con un vetro trasparente! |

Aussicht und Ruhe sind fantastisch. Auch die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist klasse. Rezeption ist sehr bemüht. Die Servicemitarbeiter besonders im Restaurant müßten besser auf die Gäste eingehen, mehr nach den Wünschen fragen, nicht nur das Essen hinstellen, sondern nachfragen - beraten - etc. |
