The Hotel was clean and efficent and the Breakfast was extensive and the shuttle bus was on time.Views fantastic and the art around the hotel made it intresting The staff where dismissive and at breakfast where pratically dismantally the dining room around you.Dinner the 1 night we stayed in was good but portions small for price. |

Wonderful views of Sorrento. The staff were friendly and helpful. The distance from the city center to the hotel. Even though there is a hotel bus, it was difficult co-ordinate day trips with the bus time table. I realize that the hotel can not cater to all guests but a few more bus times would have improved our stay. |

The deco was nice, and the view was breathtaking. The swimming pool was also stunning. I do not think you could consider this a four star hotel - there was not even a fridge in the bedroom.Also the hotel is quite difficult to reach. I was dissappointed as we had expected something a bit better from a four star hotel. |

Traumhafter Blick über den gesamten Golf - vom Balkonzimmer aus; äußerst freundliche Betreuung und guter Service vonseiten der Ober; gute Küche. Nur 1 Spiegel - im Bad - vorhanden; großer Spiegel im Zimmer fehlt; Schminkspiegel im Bad wäre wünschenswert. - Hotelbus-Rückfahrt ab Bahnhof ca. 14.30 Uhr wäre wünschenswert. |

Vom Hotel hat man einen einmaligen Blick über den Golf von Neapel. Die Lage bei Sorrent eröffnet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Die Sonnenterrasse mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Das Restaurant und die Bar haben ein gutes und vergleichsweise erschwingliches Angebot und gehen auf 'Sonderwünsche' (vegetarisches Essen) ein. Wir hätten uns eine Rückfahrt des Hotelbusses aus der Stadt um 22:00 Uhr gewünscht (die Zeit um 21:00 Uhr war uns zu früh, 23:00 Uhr zu spät). Eine Minibar (Kühlschrank) im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen. |

Buon Hotel, pulito, personale gentilissimo, molto panoramico, gradevole anche la piscina seppur non grandissima. E' raggiungibile solo in auto e la strada su cui è ubicato non è delle migliori, parcheggio quasi inesistente |

La struttura molto vecchia per essere un quattro stelle è tenuto malissimo deve essere ristrutturato, camere molto rumorose, appena si esce dall'ascensore per andare verso le camere la prima impressione sembra di essere in ospedale la colazione inesistente non è concepibile che il cappucino sia fatto da una macchina con latte liofilizzato praticamente imbevibile, camere molto rumorose e bagno senza finestra e senza aereatore |

Avevamo un terrazzino molto spazioso e con una bella vista. Sicuramente non finemente arredato come diceva la descrizione della camera. La camera era pulita e il personale molto cortese e disponibile. Era tutto cadente e carente. assurdo dire che è un 4 stelle. io gliene darei al massimo 2. tutto vecchio e tenuto male. crepe sui muri, anche sul terrazzino. mobilia scadente e di cattivo gusto. la camera puzzava di muffa e di vecchio. c'era un televisore secolareeee con un telecomando tenuto insieme dallo scotch!!!! non ci aspettavamo l'extra-lusso, ma neanche un hotel decadente. |
