We booked a romantic holiday to Sorrento and were not disappointed with this hotel in any way. I actually proposed to my girlfriend on our room balcony as it was so perfect...over-looking the bay of Naples, very private, the staff were excellent (they arranged for candles and champagne to be put out on the balcony whilst we went for dinner in the town on our last evening...absolutely perfect! Definately book a room with a sea view and, if possible, request room 603!!

The staff. One lady in parcticular on reception. The free shuttle bus was amazing. And the pool was stunning. Although it deserves its four star status and im very glad we stayed there. The rooms are definately three star.

Good location,hard to find the first time,very good courtesy bus to and from Sorrento centre.Excellent staff very friendly and obliging,very clean hotel good facilities,would recommend Hard to find as its up a very tight road and not signposted well.

La situation de l'hotel (en hauteur), lui confère une vue à 180° sur la Baie de Naples et le Vésuve. La piscine est magnifique, l'accueil attentionné, et certaines oeuvres d'art magnifique Un seul bémol : le parking n'est pas pratique du tout (et ce malgré l'aide attentionné du personnel de l'hotel), même avec une petite voiture

Het is positief dat je parking hebt aan het hotel. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Uniek gelegen. De shuttle bus is handig! Zeer lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Eenmaal hebben we het menu geprobeerd. Het was niet slecht maar voor zo'n hotel hadden we iets meer verwacht. Bediening was wel super!

El hotel en general esta bien. Habitaciones amplias (al menos las que dan con vistas al mar), dispone de una piscina con fantasticas vistas al mar y terraza donde tomar una copa por la noche. Realmente un hotel agradable. Es una lástima, la falta de mantenimiento de detalles que hacen que la valoración global del Hotel no sea mejor. El ascenson esta visjo y en mal estado (no acorde con el resto de las instalaciones). El estado del equipo de ducha muy justo (el teléfono de la ducha roto). El televisor sin mando a distancia (reclamé uno y caso omiso). La limpieza de la habitación bien, pero justa. Lástima de detalles, que desmerecen lo que podría ser una muy buen hotel.

Direi che il personale è stato molto cordiale, sono arrivata in anticipo però mi hanno dato la possibilità di portare le bambine in piscina ed aspettare che la camera si liberasse. Consiglio a tutti questo albergo, anche qualità prezzo direi ottimo. Ritorneri di nuovo con la mia famiglia.

Decoracao interior bonita e agradável. Quarto espaçoso, um tanto barulhento. Merecia vidros duplos. Bem localizado,próximo a Estacao, metro , centro histórico e museu de arqueologia. O ruído exterior e mto intenso. Sugiro vidros duplos.

Scenario molto caratteristico con vista panoramica sul golfo. Di grande effetto la piscina che dà direttamente sul mare oltre alle camere con terrazzo che consentono una piena fruibilità della stanza e del panorama che da essa di gode. Per gli amanti dell'arte prevalentemente contemporanea, l'hotel offre una vasta esposizione di opere mostrando un carattere originale e non scontato. Comodo il servizio navetta che consente di raggiungere il centro città senza problemi limitando i disagi correlati alla posizione decentrata dell'albergo (che comunque è particolarmente gradevole). Ottimo hotel, lo raccomando vivamente...io ci tornerò di sicuro! Non ho riscontrato aspetti negativi. Tutto è stato di assoluto gradimento. Migliorerei solo la segnaletica all'imbocco della strada. L'insegna "art hotel" in particolare, infatti, essendo in corsivo, difficilmente si riesce a leggere... infatti io ho sbagliato strada anche perché il navigatore non contempla la via dove è ubicato l'hotel, essendo la stessa classificata come strada privata. Tutto il resto è super.
