The hotel is located in very central position, the city center is just a few minutes walk away.The rooms are furnished with style and you have a coffee-machine in the aisle and a laptop in the room. The staff is very kind and helpful. The tip they gave for the restaurant was excellent. The rooms are small. The parking is relatively far (although you can drive directly to the hotel for leaving the luggage). If you plan a longer stay and think to use your car frequently, these two things could become a problem. The internet connection is good but not optimal (depending on the room you have). I had no problem with connecting my laptop, but the iPhone didn't connect.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Great location in the hart of the old city. Rooms are nicely designed and well equipped. Each room goes with a personal hotel computer. We can recommend this hotel if you want to spend a couple of days in town.

Excellent hôtel. Accueil particulièrement agréable et sympathique. Parking à proximité. Petit déjeuner original. Tout donne l'envie d'y revenir. De ne pas y être resté plus.

Abbiamo preso la suite con vasca idromassaggio, decisamente fantastica. Tornerei ad Arezzo solo per alloggiare in questa camera. Colazione assortita, hotel in pieno centro storico, a due passi da negozi, ristoranti e pub.

L'hotel é in pieno centro ed é molto comodo per visitare la città. Belle le camere curate nei minimi particolari, addirittura con un PC a disposizione oltre al WiFi gratuito. Ricca la colazione e molto cortese il personale. Essendo in pieno centro l'auto deve essere lasciata in un parcheggio fuori dalla zona pedonale. Il prezzo forse un po' troppo elevato per la città.

La posizione è eccezionale, a pochi passi dalla Chiesa di San Francesco. La colazione è abbondante e di ottima qualità. Le camere soppalcate sono molto poco funzionali e assai scomode e non offrono il comfort che uno si aspetterebbe pagando tali cifre.

Grande cortesia del personale, gentilezza e disponibilità. Splendido design delle camere con estrema, cura di ogni dettaglio. Ho soggiornato presso la suite OTZ di cui n particolare ho apprezzato la vasca da bagno a vista vicino al letto matrimoniale, la disponibilità di un macbook in camera, la comodità del salotto ed il maxi schermo con sky. Bellissima anche la vista sulla facciata affrescata del palazzo prospiciente. L'hotel si trova in un antico palazzo del centro di Arezzo, la posizione è centralissima, sicuramente ad Arezzo la migliore per chi voglia visitare la città. La chiesa di S. Francesco con gli affreschi di Piero della francesca è a 50 m e passando dall'arte alla gastronomia vi sono pure numerosi ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Nessun aspetto negativo da segnalare.

situé en centre ville - bâtiment ancien palais - chambre luxueuse par le mobilier et raffinée dans les détails:produits d'hygiène - mini bar - corbeille de fruits frais. service voiturier, payant mais appréciable car on ne stationne pas en centre-ville. absence d'acsenseur préjudiciable aux personnes âgées:l'escalier est en pierre et les marches hautes. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment succint: dommage pour un hôtel si raffiné.

Buona struttura in ottima posizione. Hotel silenzioso rilassante a misura d'uomo direi. Insomma se volete passare un fine settimana e coccolarvi questo è il luogo ideale. Andateci per scoprire Arezzo con I suoi tesori d'arte e la cucina. La colazione forse potrebbe essere migliorata ma nel complesso non manca nulla.

Een zeer mooi en supper verzorgd hotel, totaal centraal gelegen. Voor alle stadsbezichtigingen kan men niet beter aijn. Het enige probleem is dat er geen lift is en de trappen geweldig hoog zijn. Het personeel draagt de bagage wel naar boven maar het is toch wel een inspanning om boven te geraken. Er werd wel gezegd dat ze er aan werken om een lift te instaleren
