Indifferent, uncaring staff. With my bankcard in hand, I was about to pay - they asked for cash because it's cheaper for them. Ok, no problem. But afterwards they wouldn't help me print one page for free.
GPS was quite necessary to find the hotel
We were late for check-in due to the train delay. But they waited for us until 2a.m. We just wrote a letter to the reception, asking to wait. We were also leaving before the breakfast time so they gave us breakfast packs.
- the coffee was good but the breakfast sucks
- Mosquitos, dirty bathroom and toilet - very unfriendly staff - no parking spots available except for a couple of bikes - not good location with bad views around - paying with non-italian credit card costs a lot of money
I had wifi in my room.
Door didn't close - you don't have key. Very few room. Very noisy. I didn't felt myself safe in the hostel. No view from window.
Relatively good price at expensive Milano. Not far from metro station.
neat and clean room and good wifi
location is good overall except the last 0.5 miles approaching the hotel. (thats a bit quite and scary at night).
staff charges you additional 3 euros for nothing
Its quite location breakfast is good, coffee and
Its Far away from central city
Staff 7 minutes to metro
Room Environment Breakfast
The friendly staff, excellent quality WiFi and the location was good (once you get used to the metro system). The small hotel meant that the kids could play freely and didn't hassle anyone. Air conditioning was available
Our room was right off reception, therefore was very loud at times. We heard the toilet flushing in the next room that was so loud it would wake you from your sleep. There was a high number of pests in the room, i was eaten alive be sure to insist on a pest repellent in the room.
good price sufficient bathroom quite clean
only one croissant + coffee / tea for breakfast no air-conditioning (but it was ok when we left the window open)
Everything was good
It was hard to find
The room was tiny with six beds in it. It was crepy. Special problem was bathroom in the room and six people using it from 11 untill 1 am. Same repeted in the morning...No air during the night. No sleep for me... the only reason I stayed there was Fiera mobile. Hotel Greco overcharged their services using the oportunity. Never again
الفندق أكثر من ممتاز من حيث الخدمة و المكان و العاملين و أنصح الجميع بالذهاب إليه The hotel more than excellent in terms of service, place, and employees and recommend everyone to go to Hotel Greco
Wifi worked well in rooms, that's about the only good thing about this place...
Our credit card was charged prior to arriving which was annoying as that was not the preferred method of payment. They should charge it if you don't show up but have the courtesy to ask if you do show up how you'd like to pay. The city tax was also not charged and paying by card was a problem that took about half an hour to resolve when we arrived. The beds are really bad with springs sticking out and the mattress sagging like a hammock. You are also only provided with one very thin blanket and the rooms are cold. Bathroom have a very musty smell and there is nowhere to hang clothes or towels. You have to pay extra for parking which is poor for the price you pay and the inconvenient location. Street parking is hard to find. Breakfast is rationed out to you and not really a proper breakfast, a croissant, drink and dry bread. Would not recommend this place. You can find something much nicer at the same price or lower guaranteed.
Their was someone there at the front and he was nice enough o bring us our little breakfast to our room (store bought croissants, little package of toast, and a cafe or cappuccino). Private bathroom was clean and worked.
Very small room. Pretty much a small rectangle with beds and a bathroom. Parking could cause a bit of a walk.
Close to my place of interest. Helpful advising staff.
Nice people at reception, wifi.
- The staff is very helpful and courteous - Great value for the money, especially as i was looking for a clean economic place to stay at while in Milan - Close to the metro station
The staff was very hospitable, friendly and ready to help; the atmosphere was nice; it was clean in the room and bathroom.
There was no key from the room (dormitory room for 4 people), it was just open all the time. Actually I didn't care but it could be a real disadvantage for someone.
to be a cheaper hotel everything was great. I really liked and I will recommend to everyone
The neighborhood is fairly quiet; location is a positive point, since you can walk only for a few minutes to get the Ca' Granda metro station and to get the city connections easily. Breakfast is simple, but nice, in comparison to the price.
Wifi is bad, not working in the bedroom. Entertainment and food options are restrained around the hotel's place, although you can find some home delivery services and pizzas.
no wifi on 2nd floor, bad location
5 minutes to metro on foot, quiet place, there are some cheap shopping centers near
It's a bit hard to find the hotel first time, plus breakfast isn't really good.
