the room are very tight, the confort is very low the quality of breakfast is very low
breakfast was good
The phone didnt work, and the wifi didnt either.. I choose this one because of the wifi :p
The hotel is very close to a Pizzeria and just a 3 minutes walk away from the metro station Famagosta. The breakfast was also good. Fruit, croissants, cereals, water, orange juice and of course different types of coffees like cappucino, latte, espresso were available. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
This is the worse hotel experience I've had in my life. I will try to summarize it shortly. From the beginning it was a disaster: angry staff, demanding to keep passports for half an hour to register us... then a smelly room (humid and toilett with urine odor), old beds and stained sheets. We were tired and decided to stay, since cancellation was not possible (they charge credit card as soon as booking is made through this page, which is not clear in the information shown, btw). Following morning, the already warm and stinky air conditioner shuts off at 6AM. I go down to the reception to ask for help. They say they have "times" and it will turn on back in 10 minutes. After half an hour, no air conditioner. I go back to the reception. Ask about AC again. The woman shouts something in Italian to another man. He comes to me shouting and telling me why I think the AC is not working, I answer "because it does not cool and its not making noise like before, its just off", then he asks me if it was working before 6AM, so I reply "yes it was, but now its not", so he starts playing games with me "aha, so it works then, why you say it does not work?", I reply calmly with the same answer as above... after three or four rounds of the same Q&A, the man loses patience and STARTS SHOUTING AT ME and trying to explain the AC turns off if the outside temperature is below 18c. Well, we are in the middle of summer and I can assure you it was not below 18c and even worse, inside the room we were sweating. I react and shout back to him to calm down, we paid two full days and want to sleep. He says he will put it on, but only after fifteen minutes of playing games with me and shouting to a CUSTOMER. Of course after getting seriously angy I could not sleep anymore, plus the room neighboors had a a dog that could not stay quiet. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL.
Location is quite good....is easy to reach the downtown by metro.
The staff is no so friendly. I was there two times between 2 weeks...in both the Wi-fi didn't work...and no any response / comittment from the staff. I asked for at least 1% discount due to internet issue...but nothing happen.
Location...close to the metro station..it so easy to reach the downtown.
desk staff attention. Thje worst was the internet conection. We were two times in this hotel (1 day each) during 2 weeks. The first one to connect Wi-fi was a challange..but we did it in some way. The 2nd one the connection simply didn't work...they ask about to wait the technitian (wich never arrived)...I asked about at least 5% discount but nothing happen...
Hotel crew is nice as long as you can understand each other. The place is clean. Close to Assago Forum, but I would recommend people to take hotel close to cetnter Milan after I learnt it does not really matter with the help of metro trains.
Air condition was not working at all rooms during our stay (4 nights). Fridge was not working. Wifi was not working at room (signal too low). Hotel crew dont speak english except one young guy,who speaks very good english and also very nice. Noise from lobby/nearby street can be problem for some people, personally I had no problems sleeping with this noise.
Location of hotel is fine, not far from center and metro station.
When book double bed, it`s just two separate beds. Completely impossible to talk with stuff in reception, someone is even rude. WiFi is not available inside the rooms, but stuff keep saying it will be fixed in next day, but in next day no changes.
The location near the metro was very good for my destination.
Noisy people in the next room.
Decent breakfast. Metro station in a very short walking distance. Fair value for money.
Pretty noisy in the rooms facing main street when windows are open. Underground parking is not 24h.
Everything was very clean, breakfast was very good and the service was very very good. Idefinetely recommend this hotel.
The room was clean.
The hotel smelled like old cigarettes. Breakfast was not very good. Location was terrible.
No LCD TV. Only Italian stations.
very good continental breakfast
rooms are absolutely ok, looks a little scary from the outside :-)
Clean, comfortable room. Convenient for bus and metro. Helpful staff.
No kettle in the room. Rather puny shower.
Good to be around friendly staff
Location is little far from all attractions
very easy to reach if you have a car, no problem with parking the car
too much noise from the street
The staff was extremely unfriendly.
Close by metro, free public parking nearby. People in reception (except one guy first night) were very friendly and helpful.
We ordered double bed, but the guy at the reception tried to "sell" to us two single beds, by telling, that in Italian double bed is two single beds, then that hotel is full, then offering similar room with two single beds, and later found the room with double bed. He was very unfriendly and complaining all the time...
Near metro station , good breakfast , free wifi ,
not so clean , reception dont speak english..
