The room was completely different as they show it on the pictures. The entire hotel is decorated in dark colors and all the furniture seem to be out of the eighties. Black, purple, salmon, brown, red.... all mixed together. The room itself it was cleen, but very corny. The shower seemed a shopping window (and ofcourse smoking broww), as a huge window (3x2 meters) separated the bedroom and the bathroom. If you took a shower, you needed to clean up the floor afterwards, as it was leaking so badly that you could break your neck easily over the slippery floor. The breakfast was really crappy. No fresh food or coffee was offered. The croissants were those dry ones that come out of a plastic bag (only they've unwrapped it for the show), the other bread was so old I wasn't even able to cut it with my knife. The coffee came out of a machine (???? in a four star hotel....) and the fruit juices were a type of limonade with too much water coming out of a machine as well. For the price you have to pay for this room, it's a real crappy hotel to go to. And it's absolutely no 4 star hotel according to the modern standards.

La réservation ne correspondait pas : chambre au 1er étage à la fin d'un très long couloir au lieu du rez de chaussée avec parking devant la chambre prévu

La disponibilità di uno (ma solo di uno!!)dei dipendenti presso la reception che, capita la situazione sconveniente in cui la scorrettezza del Motel ci aveva condotti ha cercato con molto garbo di porvi parzialmenter rimedio

Arrivati presso il Motel ci è stata imposta una camera completamente diversa da quella venduta su Booking...in buona sostanza il Motel non ha alcuna camera matrimoniale di qualità superiore con ogni comfort, così come veniva venduta tramite booking, ma solo camere ordinarie di motel la cui qualità è tendente allo squallido. Il dipendente che ci ha accolto è stato oltremodo scortese e ci ha trattati con molta sufficienza. Visto l'orario tardo abbiamo deciso di dormire comunque persso il Motel nella camera impostaci. Al mattino un altro dipendente ha accolto le nostre rimostranze, ci ha fatto uno sconto del 10% e ci ha offerto un caffé.Il suo approccio è stato improntato al rispetto ed alla comprensione, una persona per bene..Resta la spiacevole sensazione di essere stati imbrogliati. Speriamo di cuore che Booking(sempre corretto e preciso nel fornire offerte corrette) sappia tenere conto di questa nostra "avventura". Grazie, Angelo e Guglielmo

Il rapporto qualità prezzo e la gentilezza dello staff.

Perille saavuttuamme meille ilmoitettiin että huone oli saman suuruisen kuin muutkin eli 20 m2. Ainoa eroavuus oli se että huonessa oli kahta lasta varten kerrossängyt, joita ei pyynnöstämme huolimatta siirretty pois kun kuulemma olimme tilanneet tämänlaisen huoneen. Hintaa ei myöskään suostuttu laskelmaan normaalihuoneen hintaiseksi. Meille kerrottiin ettei hotellista löytynyt lainkaan 30 m2:n suuruisia huoneita.

Comodo, è aperto tutta la notte e noi siamo arrivati a mezzanotte. Pulito, belle camere. Rapporto qualità-prezzo (era in offerta). In mezzo al verde con il lago a pochi Km.

Colazione non proprio abbondante. C'è tutto il necessario ma, insomma, non si segnala per qualità e quantità.
