Big territory, not to much people

Constraction site next to the hotel, dusty. Bad road to the beach. Canceletion policy not in accordence with what on booking.com declared

They replaced the minibar fridge and the tv very quickly when we realized that they didn't work. The service was rapid and courteous.

Space - large nice garden, pool. Clean rooms. Quiet place.

I din´t have any prloblem.

The rooms, the location, the parking

Very poor management, very unfriendly and almost abusive staff, no terrace for breakfast. It is good for pretty large room, convenient parking and close to the beach, the rest is very poor and the staff are really poor in my opinion particularly in the reception and at breakfast

Swimming pools were big and well designed

This is not a 4 star hotel - 2 to 3 at best. The restaurants did not offer much choice to eat and the food wasn't great. There is not much around the resort in terms of restaurants or other activities. Access to the beach was arranged with another hotel but the best spots are already taken by regulars so resort guests get the worst seats.

The pools and their american bar is really nice (apart from the huge construction in the background) and not too expensive. Breakfast was okey, but not varied at all so we got bored of it after 4 days.

It was far from what it pretended to be according to the official website. Low quality buildings and rooms, the park is untended, weedy and dried out. Booking.com mentioned a construction 500m from the resort that was actually 5 meters far just next to the resort and it was a really huge construction (imagine a half-ready 5-floor-hotel). All guest cars got fully powdered! When complained about all these and wanted to at least partly cancel the staying, we faced an arrogant manager who made us waiting in front of his office door for an hour and a half! Originally we supposed to be accomodated in a room at the most broked down end of the "park" even behind the restaurant backdoor rubbish, that was eventually replaced by a slightly better room next to the pool area. Reception staff was also at the level of the manager, only one lady out of the 6 was kind and helpful, the rest were bored and non-cooperative.

The service from the staff was barely friendly upon arrival and the Resort itself old and dated. We did not expect it to be as old and big as it is. Despite the commission flat type resemblance we overlooked it and ate by the pool. The dining experience was lovely and the quality of the meal cannot be ignored. The grilled steak was to be highly commended.

We spent 4 days in the hotel in july. Used it as a home for discovering the area of Italy so did not spend too much time here during the days. However the room was always cleaned and ordered as well as the pool was OK except the lack of opportunity to use it late. The hotel is couple of hundred meters from the beach so we had to cross the main road only. The beach itself was nice and was continously cleaned by the staff during the day. Voucher for seats and umbrella was available at the hotel reception for 13 EUR, although we found this price a little bit expensive because an additional fee must be paid at the beach if you want to rent beds instead of chairs.

Unfortunately the hotel is far from the center of Tirrenia, no restorants close to it at all thus we had to drive if we decided to eat outside. We did not use the hotel's restaurants for lunch and diner, only for breakfast. During the four days the food was always the same, the quality was OK but it can be "boring" for a longer holiday than ours. Vegetable and fruit has not been served at all for breakfast. The pool bar is good but primarily for drinking. When we arrived trom Florence at about 6PM no food was available in the hotel because table must be booked to the mormal restaurant and only toast was available at the pool. The only opportunity was to use the special restaurant of the hotel, which is a restaurant with Michelin stars, so we decide not to eat diner in the hotel at all.

Did not appriciate the front desk staff accusing me of try to get over on price for booking a single room for two. I booked single room not knowing that I needed to book a double room for two.

The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was ample. The decor of the rooms were appealing and the setting was tranquil.

The tv in the room was antiquated. In this day and age you would have thought a nice flat screen tv would have been installed. Also, the WiFi internet was pay as you go. Kind of a petty thing for a four star + establishment, it should have been complimentary.

Sehr ruhig. Sauber. Schönes sauberes Bad. Gutes Frühstück.

Viel zu teures WLan. Eigentlich kein brauchbares Fernsehprogramm. Betten sehr schlechte Liegequalität.

TUTTO! camere enormi e dal design moderno, struttura immersa nella pineta, una vacanza da sogno!

non c'è nulla che non mi piaccia in questo hotel! Favoloso

Schwimmbad war Anfang Mai trotz schönem Wetter noch nicht benutzbar, Personal nicht wirklich motiviert

Die Hotelanlage war sehr gepflegt und ruhig

Der Aussenpool war nicht im Betrieb (Ende Mai !!) Der Ort Tirrenia ist nicht schön und hat einen deutlichen Renovierungsstau!

E' un posto tranquillo, le camere sono belle, c'è la sensazione di essere quasi in residence, quindi non compressi come in hotel, c'è una piccola SPA dentro la struttura il che "salva" in caso di tempo brutto dal non potere andare in spiaggia a rilassarsi, il prezzo proposto da booking era buono, così come il costo di accesso ala struttura della SPA. Il grande giardino interno è curato e trasmette una sensazione piacevole.

Mancava un po' di cura nella parte SPA, nella piscina un lettino a getto su 3 non funzionava, nel bagno turco, bello, non fuunzionava una cannella, la vasca dell'acqua fredda fuori dal bagno turco, accesso uomini, aveva abbastanza sporco (sabbia?) sul fondo e un po' di mattonelline del mosaico del fondo mancanti con conseguente buco, non sarebbe stato male proporre almeno nel bagno turco e nella stanza relax se non forse anche nellapiscina coperta, un po' di musica in sottofondo. Nella stanza relax potevano esserci dei quotidiani, mentre non c'erano, la brocca con la tisana, offerta, risultava spesso vuota.

Il rapporto tra le unità abitative e il bellissimo parco circostante

Het personeel is vriendelijk en het ontbijt is uitstekend( zoals het hoort).

WiFi ontvangst waar je voor moet betalen en dan niet of maar deels werkt ( vindt ik een schande ).

il est désolant que sur le site de l'hôtel il ne soit pas spécifié que la piscine couverte est payante, 12 euros par personne, surtout quand on a un enfant de 11 ans qui n'a pas accés au Spa : cela fait cher de l'heure. un seul restaurant ouvert, le petit déjeuner est de 7h30 à 10h30, il faut arriver tôt car à partir de 9h15, le buffet n'est plus approvisionné. ce n'est pas un établissement 4 étoiles pour ces différents services. il doit être plus agréable l'été.

Considerata la categoria della struttura che è un 4 stelle superior mi aspettavo più attenzinoe ai particolari: televisione di almeno 15 anni, piccola; asciugamani molto ruvidi, non ci sono ciabatte usa e getta in camera e una sola dose a testa di detergente che deve fare tutto: doccia e capelli, se hai i capelli lunghi non basta. Colazione discreta ma servita in un edificio lontano da quello delle camere, per cui visto che pioveva e faceva freddissimo è stato poco piacevole doverla raggiungere per bere il caffè. Poca elasticità: volevamo fermarci 2 ore più dell'orario previsto per il ceck out e nonostante la struttura fosse pressochè deserta ci hanno chiesto metà della tariffa giornaliera.

Colazione con ampia scelta

Stanza che puzza di muffa. Dalla doccia e dai rubinetti dell'acqua calda usciva acqua rugginosa (gialla - rossiccia), nonostante uno spurgo di alcune ore; non siamo neanche riusciti a lavarci. La direzione ha applicato un minimo sconto al soggiorno (per noi insufficiente, per essere un 4 stelle superior).
