Gregorius Close To St. Peter's

The owner was very friendly and helpful.

The noise from the street through the night was unbearable! We were not able to sleep in any case, not sure where the 'soundproof' windows are. B&B is in a rather charmless apartment block, location not very 'close to St Peters'.

I was charmed with friendly attitude and helpfulness from the hotel staff. The hotel itself is pretty small, and the atmosphere there reminds of a home-like place. My room was big, decorated in violet colour, and it had a balcony, so I could smoke cigarettes (which is essential for me). Wi-Fi was free.

Hard enough to find the hotel, it is rather far from the metro station, and they don't have any signs.

We have got what we expected, a very reasonable accommodation. All you need when you are in a city like Rome. A very good value for the money spent.

A little bit too far from the city center.

Clean, comfortable room with fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Easy access by bus into Rome and to the Vatican. Good variety of food at breakfast. Secure building

Breakfast was from 8o'clock each morning . This was strictly adhered to , so on the mornings we has tours we had to leave without having had breakfast. Would have liked breakfast to have started earlier.

My reservation dates were somehow changed and I was not given a refund nor change in dates. Worst hotel experience ever.

Noise from bathroom, but íts not such a big issue

The room and the service was just great. It was quite far from the city center, but there are 2 or 3 bus lines going to plaza Paola near st Peters, so if someone doesn't need to come back to the room during the day - it doesn't bother. The breakfast as for b7b standard - outstanding!

The toilet system is a bit noisy, but that was not such a big deal

We liked the fact that it was in a good neigbourhood and on a street with many busses in different directions. It is close to the Vatican and other tourist activities is only a busride away. Their location is perfect and the host, Rocky (Balboa) , is the best!

It was very clean and for a b&b, breakfast was good. Its a house with 6 rooms I think and breakfast is served in the kitchen. The rooms where nice, very modern, u get what you see on photos!!!!! Nice, and the man which was there was very helpful and nice

The bathroom made alot of noise when having a shower I mean loud! And there was times it had a bad smell didnt last long! And no mirror in room to put make-up on have to stand in bathroom. And for close to St Peters its not, u need 2 buses from center town to get to the b&b, but theres buses every 5min,, but for what we paid for we were very happy

A place with a comfort of a hotel and warmness of a house. Located inside a building which serves as an apartment. Friendly staff and owner ready to help you. The breakfast buffet is good and served in a real house kitchen which adds an authentic touch. Location, though not in city center, has public lines till late at night. View of the park from the balcony is refreshing in the morning. For the travelers with autos: there is no garage but the hotel is in the free parking area of Rome.

Discharge system of the bathroom is a copy of the ones used in yatches and boats, thus works a little bit noisy. Might be an issue for the unsound sleepers.

The room is really great, breakfest is very good, and the staff is very helpfull. You can not hear a thing from the steet, the shower and the bed are very nice as well. Everything is very clean, really a good place to stay.

It might not be very easy to find, as it is in a normal residential building (there is a small sign in the buildings wall), and not to close to the subway station, but no more than 15 min walk. The lift is old and small, so if you have a lot of suitcases, you may have to go up a few times, but not a big deal.

Værelset var rummeligt og lyst m mange faciliteter, køleskab og gitter til at rulle ned foran vinduet mm. Morgen kaffen var skøn, når den på omstændig vis var brygget. Værten var yderst imødekommende og venlig

Morgenbuffeten var elendig. Masser af sukker og hvid toast der lugtede af kemikalier. Internettet var meget ustabilt Der kunne være 20 min mellem busserne mod centrum

Instalações muito simples, entrada atraves de portaria de um predio residencial comun.

Do conceito familiar e da simpatia do atendimento. Bom café da manhã, wi-fi grátis.

Alessandro人很nice~而且房间非常干净舒服，而且临走的那一天4点多起来给我们准备早餐（早- 上7点的飞机）好评！！

嗯。。靠近公路，晚上有一点点吵不过总体还是相当不错的！！

Tudo. Para quem esta de carro e facil de encontrar e para estacionar tem que ser na rua em frente e sem taxa. O cafe da manha muito bom e preparado pelo Alessandro que foi extremamente atencioso. Para ir aos principais pontos turisticos tem um onibus publico na rua, o ponto e quase em frente, que passa pelo Vaticano e seu ponto finsl e no Circus Maximo que e bem proximo do Coliseu e Fontana de Trevi. O quarto e bem organizado e decoracao de bom gosto.

Para alguns o som da rua pode atrapalhar, por isso ha protetores auticulares, mas nem utilizamos, pois depois de andar o dua inteiro dormiamos e nem ouviamos o barulho dos carros.

Nossa estadia no Gregorius foi otima do começo ao fim! O gerente Alessandro, muito simpatico e prestativo nos indicou todas as linhas de onibus e metro que precisavamos para chegar as atraçoes turisticas (o ponto de onibus eh praticamente na frente do estabelecimento!) o B&B se localiza em uma area residencial, o que pra nos foi otimo por nao sermos incomodados com nenhum barulho e por conhecer um outro lado de Roma, menos turistico mas igualmente encantador! Bem perto do Gregorius se encontra um supermercado, uma farmacia e uma imensidao de restaurantes. A decoraçao do quarto tambem nos surpreendeu, muito bom gosto e refinamento na escolha. Recomendo a todos que buscam uma estadia confortavel em Roma com um excelente custo beneficio!

No cafe da manha do B&B nao tem frutas, mas o problema era logo solucionado com a compra delas no supermercado perto.

El trato de Alessandro fue excelente. Las habitaciones son correctas y limpias.

La grandissima cortesia dei gestori del bed and breakfast: è rimasto fino alle 13 per farci la colazione del 1° gennaio. Le camere sono carine e pulite Ottima qualità/prezzo E' stato ristrutturato, senza più il rumore dello scarico

La posizione vicino la strada rumorosa, ma con i tappi alle orecchie forniti, silenziosa

Assolutamente un infinità di note negative: Intonaci dell'intera stanza ammalorati con tante tracce di umido e muffa; Il bagno un vero disastro, con segni di interventi di manutenzione a dir poco grossolani e mal riusciti, muffe varie e odori nauseabondi provenienti dagli scarichi, nonché la scarsa insonorizzazione con il bagno adiacente; La colazione servita nella cucina dell'appartamento si può ritenere sufficiente, ma vedere la lavastoviglie usata come ripostiglio per le stoviglie usa e getta fa decisamente una brutta impressione. Il giudizio è assolutamente negativo, la presenza della tv sat nelle camere non è un'attenuante davanti a simili condizioni igieniche. Non mi spiego come siano possibili tanti giudizi positivi.

Отличное место. Цена/качество плюс завтрак - порадовало. Немножко далековато, но остановка автобуса прям перед домом, до метро 10 минут. Автобусы идут до центра (10 мин), мы купили Рома пасс и не заморачивались с билетами. Остались довольны, немножко было шумновато, так как окна выходят на проспект.
