The hotel was very elegant with extra comforts in the room. The advertisement led us to believe that it would be "on the sea" with sea views. We were on the first floor and saw only the buildings across the street. |

Nice position, opposite the sea, good facilities, excellent restaurant and bar, good parking facilities. Size of room very good with a nice very large double bed. Hotel staff courteous, polite, well informed and very helpful. |

Our stay at the Greif Hotel Maria Theresia was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. The location suited us fine. We loved having the use of the gym and pool. Staff was always very helpful and pleasant. Maids were a little noisy in the hallway but cleaned our room well and at the times requested. The breakfast waiters were excellent and the views of the sea were a wonderful way to start each day! It would have been nice to have some extra pillows in the room as ours were a little flat and we were so happy with everything else we kept forgetting to ask. |

The breakfast balcony No sea view or balcony available. Lots of traffic right in front of the hotel. We were not allowed to take a bath in the swimming pool as it was leased out. Power cuttings in the night. Bad information were to reach the beach. |

Staff preoccupied with a wedding which was taking place whilst we were there. Poor selection at breakfast, Room rather small and terrace which looks lovely on the web site is in fact above a very busy road so noisy. |

tolles hotel mit wunderbarem blick auf das meer beim frühstück. sehr gute lage in einem vorort von triest. der strand liegt nah und ein bus bringt einem direkt vor der haustür in die innenestadt. |

der aufenthalt war ok, leider entsprichet es nicht 5 sterne niveau...eher 4.zimmer waren sauber, personal feundlich und zurückhaltend. veraltetes hotel, keine 5 sterne niveau, schlechter kaffee, keine möglichkeit drausen zu sitzen. |

La posizione collocato tra la strada per trieste e sul retro la ferrovia, le piccole dimensioni delle camere , non c'era neppure un addetto per I bagagli, non mi sembra risponda agli standard degli hotel cinque stelle . |

La pulizia della camera e la discrezione e gentilezza del personale addetto alle pulizie Ci sono stata più volte e il livello si e' notevolmente abbassato così come la qualità sia del servizio che della struttura. C'e poca manutenzione. Nel frattempo hanno aperto alberghinuovi ad un prezzo migliore. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut! Das Hotel ist total veraltert und der Komfort ist nicht gegeben. Die Zimmer sind sehr laut. Preis Leitungs Verhältnis stimmt auf keinen Fall. |
