Grifo Hotel Charme & SPA    

Staff were amazing! Very friendly, welcoming and warm. Offered us an upgrade as soon as we arrived and it was no hassle to inform us of all the good places to visit on the island. Very clean, modern and beautiful hotel and surroundings. Free hotel Shuttle is good in getting you to and from Ischia bus stop and port. Close to et around to Casamicciola port and centre and about a 20 minute walk to Ischia port. No complaints highly recommend Grifo!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the spa was very nice.

The hotel is a bit outside of the villages and with public transportation it's not so easy to come around. The shuttle service was great, but not covering all the times.

Everything ! Lovely location, delightful staff, good food and wonderful facilities.

The hotel had stunning views and excellent facilities, making it easy to relax. It was in a nice and quiet location compared to other parts of Ischia port and Casimiccuola. Everything looked luxurious and extremely clean. The staff were great, extremely helpful, especially receptionists Emanuela, Pino and the extremely hard-working Nico. They all spoke great English and even let me speak Italian! They made our honeymoon brilliant.

Could have done with more shuttle runs to the town. Would have been nice to supply free drinks in the rooms, ie water, tea or coffee facilities.

The SPA was amazing! Plus, all employees were super friendly und supportive!

This was our fifth trip to Ischia, we love this island and we like to spend our holidays here.. We don't usually stay two times at the same hotel, we like to experience new things.. But this is a place where we would definitely like to come back some day.. Everything was so nice, the gentle staff, the clean modern room, the location, the spa, everything.. The design of the place is smart, you get the feeling of a well thought unit where everything comes in the right place, it breaths harmony to the eye and soul. To us it didn't seem too long from the main road, we actually loved the walks in the cool forest. It was a nice surprise to discover the new opened spa, you really need to advertise it more, the thermal pool, the perfumed showers and the Turkish sauna were great. If something could be improved, that is the breakfast, nothing wrong with the quality, but the variation. For somebody staying like more than a week it could become a little boring. And next time we would like to use also the roof terrace, it has such a fantastic sea view.. Congratulations Alberto and Carmela for what you have accomplished and thank you everybody in the staff for making our stay a beautiful one.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Room was, modern, very clean and cool. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful before, during and after our visit - arranging lifts to and from the port, explaining the local area and attractions, recommending restaurants etc. Room was good value for B&B in the area, food was very good value - the evening meal was lovely. All in all a fantastic stay (although too short!) hopefully we will be back soon!

Very good condition, looks as brand new just build. Location is very quite and though it takes about 10-15 min to get to the see side, the walk is enjoyable and the view from hotel is awesome. I will consider staying in Grifo next time, would prefer a bit lower pricing.

A need to call reception when needed a car lift up hill. Dialing international number is not best option - management could consider an alternative solution

Struttura nuova, lontana dal traffico, una vera oasi di relax. Il vero tocco di classe è il personale sempre attento ad ogni tua necessità. Complimenti alla dolcissima Emanuela, i suoi consigli ci hanno permesso di godere a fondo le bellezze dell'isola.

Colazione non allo stesso livello della struttura. Vista la ricchezza del luogo ci aspettavamo spremute fresche e dolci tipici e non il solito cornetto pre-cotto da bar milanese.

L'hotel è immerso in una stupenda collina verde. Sin dal suo ingresso la pulizia, lo stile pulito e raffinato ti conquistano. Bellissima la SPA da poco costruite e i piccoli angoli attrezati di divanetti, poltroncine e sdraio. Ottimo anche il servizio colazione. Le camere sono spaziose e accoglienti.

Тихий, гостеприимный и уютный отель. Прекрасная природа вокруг и в то же время недалеко до Искья Порто и Казамиччиолы. Спасибо прекрасному персоналу отеля! Были здесь уже два раза и надеемся приехать еще!

Niente è lasciato al caso o è fatto superficialmente. Regna la pace e si sentono solo cinguettii e acqua che sgorga.

Visto che ci tengono ai particolari faccio notare che il doccia-shampoo è abbastanza scadente.

Cordialita' del personale-la moderna ed efficiente struttura termale-
