No vegetables in breakfast, the first floor sea view with terrace is not good because other guests and builder men walked thrue your terrace, no privacy. Pino, he really should take some hospitality lessons; he coded our key cards wrong, we were able to open every door in the hotel. We noticed this by accident. His advice for restaurant were terrible, we spent 200€ for ordinary food and bad wine, we left the full bottle. He charged too much from the drinks and did not even apologize. And finally, when he took customers to the harbour, did not even step up from the car, customers need to take the bags by themself. But, he remembered to say, give 10 to the hotel in feedback. Clean hotel, tranquile, breakfast, spa. Emmanuele, Nico and breakfast staff were a jewel. Particulary Nico, he is born to work in customer service. Nico in the shuttle car, perfetto service. Gave bags, shake hands for good bye. Really good worker.
