Location, staff, breakfast were OK. Key set for the apartment included three different keys. It took us 3-4 trial & error to get the right set. Even after that the key usage required extra attention. Mosquito nets would have been nice even in October. |

We just returned from our first trip on a cruise through Europe. Rome was our first stop and we stayed here because it was affordable and Frommers also recommended the hotel. The hotel is locted very with in 3 blocks from the collusem. The staff was very friendly and sopeaks good english. They also gave us a map on arrival that was very helpful in locating everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was a variety of meats, cheese, yogart, cereal, pasteries & huices. It was different from an american breakfast but good. We also paid in cash ( Euro's) when we checked out. It was really clean and although the rooms are small they are clean and comfortable if you are only staying a few nights. Over-All i wil return here when I come back to Rome. |

The location of this hotel is great, 5 minutes walk from the colliseum. The facilities are quite 'tired'. Although I know central Rome is not a cheap place I did not think this was very good value for money. The plumbing was quite noisy, the air conditioning not very good and the lift didn't always work. |

Friendly counter staff who gave local tips that helped make the stay more productive and a true Rome experience The apartment that we were staying in, did not have air-conditioning, which made it quite hot in the Rome summer |

We stayed in a nearby apartment rented to us by the hotel. We liked the neighborhood. The apartment was very "basic." |

It was right at the center of town. A walking distance from all major cites, the area is very Hip and safe, the staff was very helpfull and they have 24hr check in/out. The Shawor was tiny (!!) not suited for big guys. The room was rather small but enough for our needs. |

Excellent location Noise, very small room (unlike what was pictured in brochure), lacking security (skeleton keys for door locks/no safe), unappealing breakfast, air conditioner broken |

The hotel is very conviniently located - everything is at walking distance from this hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful - though, not many of them speak English. The price is high for this hotel ammenities/services so you just end up paying for the location. |

Friendly staff, access to internet. Nothing worked (no flush in the lavatory, bathroom door jammed, no hot water for a shower in the evening). It was incredibly noisy from the street. |

We had a great time, the concierge in the morning was especially helpful and nice. The breakfast was good, better than we were expecting. We stayed in the annex, and we don't think the heat was working, nor the towel warmer. It wasn't anything more than an inconvenience. |

Excellent location within walking distance of the Colosseum and Termini station. Plenty of restaurants and bars practically on the doorstep. Nice clean hotel with very friendly, helpful reception staff. Would definitely stay there again. |

The staff were great and gave great advice on the best times to see the area attractions. The room was on the small side but was not an issue since for the most part it was used only to sleep. The private shower was around the corner which was a slight nuicanse but then again it gave you an additional bathroom to use if the girlfriend has staked her claim to the in room bathroom |

Antica Locanda offers comfortable accommodation and a traditional restaurant and pizzeria, on a typical Roman street in the heart of the historic centre, 1 metro stop from Termini Station. |
Hotel Contilia is located 200 metres from Rome Termini Railway Station, in a residential neighbourhood with great transport links. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and 24-hour room service. |
