The room was in the apartment in front of Hotel. It was on the scond floor and it was actually on the third floor. There was not lift; therefore, we should bring bags by ourselves. The staff in charge of did not help us. They kept our bags on the corner in the restaurant. When we came back to Hotel, we could take our bags without any interuption. It seemed that anybody could take our luggage. |

Nothing. I checked out a day early because I thought it was awful. Let's see- non working air conditioners in our room, no remote control for the broken tv, mattresses were like sleeping on springs, broken flusher on the toilet, major construction going on directly outside of the hotel aka underneath our window, the list continues. |

great room and bathroom, very clean, great breakfast... really great location. we actually stayed in a building separate hotel where they have 3 additional rooms, but it was directly across the street (5 steps) so not a problem the separate building where our room was could use some more obvious indication of where the rooms actually are since there are other things in the building, apartments, etc. we had trouble figuring out where to go |

Esay access to all the sites on foot and very close to a good selection of restaurants Room was very basic but adaquate. Could do with a bit of redecoration in the room |

Location, everything is on walking distance. All in the room was new and perfectly clean.
Everything was OK, except TV set did not work properly, and was not repaired during our stay. |

The Grifo was very central in a brilliant neighbourhood full of nice restaurants, boutiques and shops and an easy stroll to both the Palazzo delle Esposizioni and the Colluseum Everything was perfect |

we had an apartment. Decor was poor. Broken furniture. >Broken sliding door to bedroom. lightfittings hanging askew. gaffa tape over electrical repairs. hot water service held together by electrical tape. <Dirty stove and so on... This apartment really needs a make over. TV stand was a broken fridge. It was very hot there was no fan or aircon. Shabby joint. |

Friendly staff willing to help and answer any questions. Since we were staying for 7 nights the breakfast was the same each day and not much to choose from, perhaps some extra variety would be nice. |

Sehr freundliches, hilfreiches Personal, Frühstück und Dachterrasse Das kleine Zimmer war o.k. es fehlen jedoch für die engen Platzverhältnisse Ablageflächen und Haken und Stangen für Tücher, Kleider welches sehr hilfreich und ohne Aufwand zu montieren wäre |
