good amenities, food, location. Would stay here again.
shower water not hot enough, beds a little hard for my taster but fine for my family.
Breakfast was very nice. Triple room was a nice size. Location.
Not enough hot water for all guests in the morning.
- Location was great - Room was very quiet and clean - Staff very helpful
- breakfast too complicated - elevator extremely tiny - stairs very narrow. - small room - crowded bathroom Overall hotel felt a little claustrophobic
Good location.Fair breakfast
No hot water. Low water pressure. Too short beds. On the last floor only accessible after stairs on the roof. Noisy because of the fans of air conditioners installed on the roof. Awful views from the tiny windows
Location, friendly and very helpful reception staff.
Very tired decoration throughout.
Great location, very close to colloseum,2 blocks away train station(cavour station)with many shops, restaurants, bars just around the hotel, felt always safe.Breakfast was very good, all fresh with good variety, had a choise for extra portion of everything for only 0,5€ each.Friendly staff.Room cleaned every day Towels too!!!Had a room at 3rd floor without noise.
The room was very small with rather classic decoration but they had an offer for small dbl so it was value for money choice. We don't speak italian so we couldn't watch TV,but it's not a big problem cause you are out all day!The cappuccino was not good but had good bio filter coffee. No fridge!!!A bottle still water in the room would be appreciated.
Hotel was close to central train station and room was comfortable. We stayed in the separate building entry with no issue.
The stairwell in the separate building was under construction which made it slightly less sturdy walking up and down.
Staff was very helpful - thank you very much. We did enjoy our stay in Rome and glad we choose this hotel.
Very central to most sights. Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Catered well for gluten-free. Organised airport transfer for us in advance. Lovely old Rome feeling on cobblestone streets. Hotel had lots of character.
Pillows were a little hard. Wifi could be slow at times. Water pressure on the top floor was a little low.
Very near to colosseum and other famous spots Hotel interier was good Newly renovated. Good breakfast. Near to restaurants Had lifts
Wifi was little problemetic for us.
Staff were very good. In particular, I had a rented Car (not a good idea in central rome) - parking is very difficult to find and confusing. A Manager from the hotel, who was from the locality, drove with me around the area for about 20 minutes until we found a legal parking space. Thanks to him for this and all the local info.
The family room I had at the top of the Building is very unattractive, no windows, etc. As soon as you wake up, you want to leave it. The Breakfast system is a little quaint. Everything else was fine.
it was all good / excellent.the way breakfast is served is so hygenic (clean).for 47 years of traveling I have never seen it done this way.
the shower was small, but we manage the daily shower, but I would not complain because it's a small hotel with 20 rooms .if we come to Rome again ,we will book it.
I liked the location, you can go on foot to the main touristic places (Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Piazza Spagna). It is clean and an ok breakfast is included. The staff people are very nice.
The receptionist was rude and spoke very abusively to me when I was upset that they not have a vegan breakfast option.
Great location and great people in a beautiful city. Clean room and a big breakfast
The night shift was not very polite
Staff are wonderful and really helpful Location is fabulous
The staff were so helpful providing good suggestions and tip for places to see and restaurants. Immaculately clean. Would recommend to anyone regardless of budget, who needs to spend a fortune when you can have accommodation like this.
Ac leaked into a can in the room Old broken furniture
The location was fantastic since it was close to getting to most tourist attractions. The room was fairly large and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast helped get the day started (minimal choice but it was included so you really cannot complain). If you are travelling to Rome, you are most likely not there to spend a day in your room. I would go back but try to stay in the main hotel if possible.
We were a bit caught off guard when we found out our rooms were in the building across the street of the main hotel without any elevator. Though the room was big there was not a lot of natural light and there was no bedside lighting so it was difficult if someone wanted to stay up and read and the other person wanted to go to bed.
It was a little tiny (the room) and the facilities, however it is good for what you get the room for (just sleeping as you spend the whole day out exploring Rome!). Wifi good, location is fantastic! Colosseo is 3 blocks away and the bus station and metro stations are farely close. I recommend it for the location mostly!
Rooms are very small, and shower is tiny
Rosa and Luigi most helpful and welcoming.
Very friendly and pleasant stuff. They all gave us great tips for exploring the city. Good location, near couple of main attractions, everything within walking distance.
Good location, very friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast.
Mold on the walls (we were moved to another, nicer room, no problem)
The staff were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Good location for accessing many sites on foot. We loved Rome, so much to see and do. Also we had student discount at all the sites we visited. We would recomend this hotel.
Greeted warmly and explained all about the area and local people. Very safe area. Walked with luggage from train station. Had a load of laundry cleaned next door for 15€ Good WiFi, breakfast ok,would stay here again!
Nothing.....maybe no English stations on tv but no big deal!
