Clarion Collection Hotel Griso Lecco  

Stayed one night on route to Lake Garda. Staff were superb, especially the cocktail barman. Goumet restaurant on top floor overlooking lake Como served brilliant food. Rooms big, with large balcony overlooking lake and very comfortable. Wish we had booked more than one night!

Not really a complaint but entrance to the car park and front of the hotel looked a bit down market, but it was a really pleasant surprise as soon as you walked through the door - dont' be put off!

Fantastic room, location, parking facilities (especially for motorbikes). Great view too! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall experience was excellent, however we would have appreciated being told at checkin that the restaurant was closed on that particular night.

The restaurant was very, very good. Can recommend them well composed menus. The wine list was also very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was on top form, well trained, willing to give the best service.

Great location, free parking, great service

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The view from the hotel restaurant is spectacular. It overlooks Lake Como and Lecco. We also had a nice view from our hotel room because we were higher up.

I didn't realize that we would have to drive everywhere on Lake Como because there is no ferry service from Lecco, except on Sundays. This is not the hotel's fault, of course, we should have done more research. If you're using this hotel as a base to travel around Lake Como by ferry, you won't be able to do so unless you drive to another town and take the ferry from there.

I like the fact that it is located very near to restaurants, city center.

Breakfast was not included in price (price for one night was too big). There were no other facilities in hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel! Rooms were new, elegant, very comfortable with a stunning view of Lake Como and the mountains. Excellent value for the money. This was our favorite hotel by far for our entire two weeks in Europe. Nothing compared.

The bed was great and the deck with great view

Well when we checked in asked for directions to open restaurant we were dismissed as bing difficult we were told the restaurant at the hotel was closed but we could order pizza fom them which was rather confusing, also just checking in reception was not pleasant at all but rather rude seemed we were bothering her even though we were he only ones in the lobby in the middle of the day, so we did order the pizza which was ok but the waiter came to our room and was rude nd irritated that we had put things on the desk and we asked him to just set the tray on the bed he was very put out, then at breakfast we had to get our own place settings and again seemed we were in the staffs way so after 2 days we decided to leave early nd go elsewhere.

We stay in a nice suite with view for the lake... Nice hotel, nice view, nice restaurant and very nice service. The center stays at a short nice walk around the lake. Calm and relax place...

Elegant hotel, rooms with exquisite view of lake Como.

1-) Food in Terrace Restaurant was excellent, 2-) The view of the hotel was nice, 3-) The attitude of the staff was kind.

1-)The properties of Junior Suites have to be specified better.. In not every of the suites there are sofas and the view is as shown. 2-) Amenity kits such as shampoo, shower gel etc. is not given everyday; cleaners were not giving attention to the number of towels that they took and replace. 3-) Rooms (mostly under the restaurant on fourth floor) on the third floor were having noise.
