La décoration, le petit djeuner est excellent et l'hôtel est très bien situé. Le personnel est très serviable. Le matelas du lit est trop mou et le personnel un peu lent (nous avons du appeler deux fois pour commander un the et quand nous sommes arrives dans la chambre, il restait des fruits et du champagne du client précédent. Le ménage n'est pas toujours parfait car il restait des cheveux sur le bord de ma baignoire le lendemain soir.

Excellent friendly helpful service. Good location and very comfortable hotel stunningly and tastefully decorated. Could offer guests a British newspaper for delivery to rooms, in addition to the Herald Tribune and an Italian paper.
