Perfect location. Great breakfast choice. Very friendly staff. Indoor pool and spa very relaxing and quiet on our stay.

The location was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable and reasonably priced, the swimming pool and lounging area were excellent.

There was no fish in the Cipriano on the Friday of our visit. The coffee machine pipes needed cleaning.

We didnt like the attitude of the man that served us at the Pool, tho the food was good and we would have eaten more ofter there if it wasnt for the head waiter, he was so rude

Good standard of cleanliness, food and bed linen changed very often. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to shopping area and easy parking and easy access to main road around the Lake.

Great location right on lake shore close to centre of Bardolino but in quiet area very spacious grounds excellent choice of food at meal times free afternoon tea and cake and bottle of water provided in room daily also welcome pack with bottle of fizz. Very pleasant staff.

restaurant which is self service is very busy at mealtimes and food could be hotter. Some facilities which are advertised were not open.

The good Excellent location with very friendly staff. Probabaly the best located hotel in bardilino in what is undoubtely the nicest resort on Lake Garda. If going to lake garda go to Bordilino and try this hotel. Champagne & Chocs on arrival and bottle of water free every day Free WiFi and room cleaned every day Good selection of food and while we went B&B the evening buffet was good value at €17 (ex drinks) per person. loads of sunbeds and free towels and pool bar provided inexpensive drinks and food Again must stress the LOCATION

This hotel has a bit of an issue with flies around the food -- especilly around the fresh fruit at breakfast time -- may be a thing at the lakes (our first visit) -- they need to sort this out as we didn't eat breakfast after the 1st three morning.. Simple fly catcher would help or covers over the dishes. Only other critism is WiFi does not work at pool or Poll grill bar Apart from that GO FOR IT

The hotel was centrally located in a quiet area. The breakfast was more than adequate to satisfiy everyone. The tea-time each day was a great plus and enabled people to sit and chat.

The rooms and hotel complex offered space and freedom. The swimming pool is large with planty of sun loungers, breakfasts are good and available until 11am. The location for walking along the lakeside into Bardolino is excellent and close to the bus stop for visits to Verona (50 mins). There is live entertainment in the evening if you want it and most of the performers seemed to be of a high standard. The hotel facilities make you feel well cared for.

Checkout by 10am is rather early, but you can still then go for breakfast. The staff didnt seem to smile much or be overly helpful when you asked something. If your balcony faces the lane with trees, beware after dark if you open the door - many flying and bitting creatures appear, dont forget your mozzy repelant

We stayed at the Hotel Gritti for a week . We are a mature couple and the hotel catered for our needs really well. Location in relation to the town of Bardoline was excellent. The facilities at the hotel were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful , we would recommend the hotel as a place to stay and hope to return there again.;

The staff were exceptional at the Parc Hotel Gritti. The young woman who tends the pool area was fantastic and an absolute joy to see every day. The front desk staff were also quite helpful. Unfortunately some struggled with speaking English which was a bit of a challenge, but it worked out.

Our bedroom door kept sticking from the inside and the outsied so we found ourselves having to call a maid or maintenance person to let us into our room, and also found ourselves locked in our room on one occasion. The maintenance man did investigate and sprayed the door lock so that it would not stick which seemed to work a bit better.

Location was good. Hotel was fairly large and had plenty of room by the pool & good ammenities. Staff were helpful

Pool was a bit dirty. One of the bars was closed during our stay, leaving only the pool bar. Breakfast was poor and the coffee (from machine) was pretty undrinkable

The hotel is in an excellent location right on the shores of Lake Garda making it very easy to walk into the town of Bardolino (5 minutes). Its also very easy to walk to neighbouring towns along the lakeside path. The ferry stop is only 5-6 minutes walk from the hotel but you don't hear any noise from it. We had a deluxe room which was lovely and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was modern and also spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pool and gardens were very well maintained. The buffet breakfast was very good (we stayed on a b & b basis). However we did eat in the hotel one evening and again the buffet selection was excellent. The Spa facilities looked lovely but we didn't use them so can't comment on prices etc.
