Le personnel est vraiment gentil et parle français. Avons-reçu de bonnes indications pour visiter. Bonne situation géographique près de la gare et d'une station de métro. Petit déjeuner complet, bon capuccino. Accès internet gratuit très pratique. |

Nous n'avons pas aimé : une moquette sale, une climatisation bruyante et impossible à régler. L'environnement de l'hôtel ne permettait pas de trouver un restaurant valable et proche. |

Situation intéressante (proximité d'une station de métro et du quartier de Termini, nombreux restaurants accessibles à pied), personnel très aimable, chambre et salle de bains spacieuses à ce niveau de prix. Le quartier dans lequel se trouve l'hôtel est de prime abord assez peu accueillant. |

Proximité du metro et de la gare Trop de bruit à l'interieur de l'hotel (aspirateur à 8h dans les couloirs, portes qui claquent...). Pas de volet aux fenetres et rideau pas adaptés pour faire le noir dans la chambre. Le quartier est vraiment mal famé. |

Proximité de la gare Termini (environ 10 minutes de marche), c'est pratique lorsque l'on utilise la navette bus en provenance de l'aéroport. Pdj correct pour l'Italie. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres (on dort avec les bruits de portes qui claquent et de chasse d'eau !), les rideaux trop courts pour qu'il fasse noir dans la chambre, moquette tâchée... 190 euros pour ça, c'est beaucoup trop cher, même à Rome... |

Good hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice with a nice variety of food served. We had a lovely and quiet room . Bathroom is fine but shower may be a litlle too small. Only negative was the carpet in the room! It needs to be changed fairly soon.It looks really bad. |

Even tho we had a three day reservation they put us in the smallest room the hotel has. The room was no more than 7 x 10 feet. . I tried to refuse the room but was told that they had "reservations" for the other rooms. After a bit of fuss they did move us to a larger room the next day. The location map on the web site is incorrect. The hotel is located almost behind the train station. It was a half mile walk to get to the area you would want to walk in. To find the hotel go out the nearest exit from track 25 in the station and walk two blocks. Make a left. There is nothing to indicate there is a hotel on the block but you will see a sign that say "Taste of India Fast Food" The hotel is just beyond that. |

Convenient location quite close to all interesting sites in Rome As to the cleanliness of the room, the carpet was really very dirty and should be replaced. Room service did their best but could help the poor condition of the carpet. |

The staff was so helpful and gave us very good suggestions for places to see, tours, and restaurants. The location was good because it was near the train terminal but I I was not comfortable to walk alone at night. |

The air conditioning was heaven after the heat of the city. The room was lovely, clean, fresh and comfortable. On the desk most of the people very helpful especially christina. Location is an interesting one and you may think where am I, but I had no problems, market across the road brilliant. Walking distance to the metro and a couple of decent restaurants about 10 mins away. On leaving, we had to leave early agreed the night before that a breakfast box would be provided. On the morning it wasn't and we didn't have time so had nothing to eat. |

Stayed here many times before. Extremely handy for Termini and more importantly the Colosseum, Palatine, Forum, and Domus Aurea. Excellent service and breakfasts. |

The beautiful hotel was staffed by caring, knowledgable people. The hotel is situated near the main train station and a metro stop making it easy to get around. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Staff was always very helpful with any questions or needs we had. The hotel is located in an area that was a little sketchy at night. We never had any trouble, but be alert and travel smart. The bed was firmer than I would have preferred. |

It is close to the main train station and the placees of interest for sight seeing we found the staffs attitude disgusting.The hotel is opposite a very busy market which means there is lot of noise delivery vehicles were arriving from 3 in the morning, and the room was smelly; our room was facing the market; we could not sleep. |

The front desk staff were very friendly and eager to help us. The provided a list of tours performed by Green Line Tour company, which made the visit very enlightening. It was close to the metro station and the main train station. We were very unpleased with the Ambra Palace Hotel. We were given a room with two twin beds instead of a queen for my wife and I intially, which made it very uncomfortable at night. The bathroom, and some parts of the room had mold. |
