El personal ha estat molt amable i la situació de l'hotel és molt bona, està a prop de l'estació de tren i del servei d'autobusos a l'aeroport; en aquest carrer hi ha el museu Egipci i porta al centre. |

The hotel has excellent buffet breakfast....location is ok,but necessary to walk some distance,and at night there is noise from the street,unless you shut the windows..the service is uneven,with one person at desk very helpful,and another very grumpy one of the service desk helpers was very grumpy,when we asked where an asian restaurant was,she didn't know,(although we found out there is one within 100meters..however another person at desk was quite helpful |

Hotel and room was clean, large, North American style room, large bathroom, hot & cold buffet breakfast included (unusual for Europe at 100 Euro). Close to downtown train station, museums and stores. Excellent value for money at 100 Euro a night. |

The Staff were friendly & helpful, especially Giuseppe from the bar. The breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices on offer. Our room was quiet with a balcony & of a good standard, & a huge bed. A little bit jaded & old fashioned. |

We loved everything about this hotel. Its location was perfect for visiting all the main shops, restaurants, tourist attractions & train station. The staff made us feel very welcome & the excellent room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was also excellent. We will definately go back again. |

Excellent location and very good breakfast Parking is advertised as private, on-site and 24Euro.I had emailed in advance and received confirmation of 1 car parking space for 2 motorbikes. We arrived at 5pm and had to wait for 2 hours for the car park to open as it is not owned by the hoteland it didn't open until 7pm. |

very gpood breakfast, central position, close to railway station, staff very helpful. I think I will be back whenever visiting Torino I booked a twin bed accomodation. The beds were very far apart, wihich is well and good for two people. For a couple, as we were,a twin bed room, whith beds closer would have been more appreciated. But it was my fault not to ask for it while booking the room.Next time I will ask for a twinbed for couples. |

The hotel was clean, comfortable with an excellent breakfast. It has easy access to the city and is very central. It is well situated for food and visiting museums and shopping. The linen was changed everyday. We look forward to a visit in the future years. The evening meal was cold and the choice was limited, but the staff were excellent. |

We have been upgrated to a suite.The value for money was very good , breakfast was included.The hotel is right at the entrance of the historical city in a pedestrian street. The garage fee was too expensive(28 € for a night) and it closed Sunday at noon! |

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente. A pesar de no ser un hotel nuevo las habitaciones y el hotel en general esta muy bien mantenido. Las habitaciones grandes y comodas. |

Room was lovely and comfortable, with very nice amenities. The staff was quite pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect -- within easy walking distance to all that central Torino has to offer. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely return here on our next visit to this delightful town. As others have noted, for a hotel of this quality, the breakfast should be a bit better. Free wifi would be very welcomed, as would more English-speaking TV stations. |
