As we had to travel early morning from Garibaldi station, it was very convenient since the hotel is in front of the station. The breakfast was also very good. Internet is too expensive and bathroom is a bit too old. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of food at breakfast. Lovely clean room, and a good size. A great Hotel overall.. The only thing I found that was not provided was milk for the coffee/tea. We don't all drink them without! |

It was conveniently situated although the metro access near the hotel was under construction and closed, which resulted in a little extra walking in the rain. We complained about a noisy neighbour listening to TV full volume at 2am and this problem was immediately resolved thankfully. |

Stayed for the second time. Location, staff, breakfast all excellent. I stayed on a different floor this time and the bathroom was not as new and good as previous (1st floor this time, versus 5th floor) |

They were willing to accommodate last minute change in travel plan without penalty. Ambience was not too pleasant; request to change room (e.g. bed size) was not honored. |

It was convenient, very close to Garibaldi metro station. The area behind the hotel is lively at night so there're something to do when shops are closed. Rooms are great, exceeded my expectation from the price! Not all the staffs can speak English, and not all of them are nice, though most of them are fine. |

it was clean, easy access to "GARIBALDI" metro station, everything was like showed at booking.com the visitors should check-in at the time they arrive if is not too early, not after 14:00!!!! |

Close to the train station. The restaurant food and service was great. Stuff. Very unfriendly. Gave us wrong information about everything. I got impression that they don't like tourists. When you call reception you will wait 15-20 min until somebody answers your call. |

Breakfast was oké ... rooms were clean but old-fashioned. Only guys of the luggage room were friendly and helpfull ! Head of the shower and toilet were broken. Asked several times to repair it without any result. Hotel doubled the prices because of the Milan fair and hotel was not fully booked. Booked for 6 nights and they even deduced the money from my creditcard before I arrived !!! This is not a proper way of doing business especially if you know I paid approx. 400 euro a night !!! |

The hotel is located to Garibadli station, and it is just a hotel to stay as business man. No entertainment nothing so special about this. The rates were so hight during the fair days. One can get better hotel in the city for this price if booked earlier. I think they should think to improve the break fast menu. It was almost same menu daily. And we have wait if some things over on the buffect or we have to inform the staff to get it. They should have more professional staff at resturant. |

Bad breakfast, staff were too busy to have tables ready for us, many kindsof food were out, no water to drink, had to wait for a while for staff to bring water to drink. stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, every single breakfast was bad. poor service at the resturant. good hotel to stay in, but plan to have breakfast elsewhere. |

good location,very near to corso como you can find there good restaurants,near to garibaldi station so easy access to anywhere by metro,good breakfast buffet the walls are not sound proof!!of course it depends on your neighbour..it was just 4 or 5 a.m and someone were NOT talking they were shouting! i couldn't sleep at all.if you're lucky enough about that, good place to stay.. |

The triple rooms are great: spacious and well furbished. The breakfast is above avareage for Italian hotels. Location is great, net to Corso Como and Brera and metro station is just in front of the hotel. Currently, there are construction works in front, but the noise is very limited if you are on thehigher floors. |

functional and well geared to business clients.......efficient concierge grumpy breakfast staff who made you feel they were doing you a favour....when we walked in at 9.30am the first thing the head waiter did was point to his watch and tell us beakfast was finishing at 10.00! |
