Atahotel Executive    

This expensive hotel leaves a lot to be desired and is badly in need of refurbishment. Prices charged over the top for what it is.

Everything about this hotel, except the staff, is poor for what it is trying to be.

The very friendly and helpful staff on the front desk.

The hotel and breakfast facilities were very good.

The pouring rain between Garibaldi Stn and the hotel!!!! Not the staffs fault.

Convenient to train. Comfort. Luxury/upgraded. Business look and feel.

I hate breakfast being included. It was a lot of food that did not taste good. Included food often is not good. I prefer a cheaper room rate and pay for my breakfast made to order. wifi should be included with room without additional fee of 8 Euro per day

The location of the hotel , near station

The Service was very very poor . The rooms interior very old . Aircon not effective and inspite of several complaints , no action was taken. The Bathroom shower taps not working. Overall a bad experience.

The location of the hotel was the only part I had liked about this hotel. It was right in front of the subway station.

I travel twice a month for business and this hotel was the worst I had ever been. The heater in my room was not working which I had asked 10 times for repair to the front. By my fifth call someone finally came up with a blanket which didn't help much. So I had called and called to the front for heater repair and all they replyed was that the technician won't be there until 7:00am and they had no room to exchange until 11:00am. I had spend 508 euro for a night to be freezed in.

Facilities were good, and it was a really nice hotel, good location and good breakfast.

The service was TERRIBLE! specially the staff, I stayed for 1 night to catch my flight the next day with my best friend, I guess we looked really young and tired and they kept us waiting for ages in the reception, as they saw we were by ourselves I'm guessing they judged our appearance and gave us less importance, well we were still paying for the same service the same amount of money as the rest, and still were ignored.

I think they should have the wifi free it will help them a lot with occupancies They charge too high price and clients do not accept it I have seen also other clients at reception refusing to pay that amount

All is so good and staff is professional.

No internet at the lobby!!! And very expensive to buy from reception.

Nice looking rooms.

The air on didn't work, the heater didn't work, the TV was all in Italian translation, with the previous hotel with the same TV we managed to select English on some channels and we mentioned this to reception they basically said just keep flicking till you find an English channel. No iron and ironing board in the room, you had to go to level 2 to iron your shirts.

i liked the location as it is easily accessible and the cleanliness of the rooms.

There was no tea/coffee maker in the room and the mattress provided in the room was very hard giving us back pain. Breakfast spread had very few choices and for anything normal like eggs are charged. Difficult for international travellers

It was about a 15-20 min walk to the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and tidy but fairly small for 3 people. Nothing that special about the hotel really. The breakfast was much like any other. Was ok value for money because people have to realise you will pay more to stay close to the attractions.

Car parking was available but cost extra 25 euro for the night which is a bit excess.

Hotel, especially the rooms need major renovations...at very old, decaying and badly in need of renovation.

Very good location. Next to the Train Station and Metro Station. 30 minutes from Malpensa airport by train(ticket=10 euro). 10 minutes from Duomo by Metro. Hotel Staff was very helpful.

A very well located and comfortable hotel. The room is spacious and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is an excellent buffet with a wide variety of foods.

A very very very bad location as it was in an area full of bars and protestutes walking in the streets half naked and drunk peaple during day and night in such away that is totally not suitable for families and the hotel was very small and the rooms werent even suitable for 2 people

ジュニアスイートに二泊しましたが、どう見てもスイートと名のつくものではなかったです。 ただのツインでしょう。あとレセプションのスタッフが無愛想すぎる。
