Spacious hotel Public transport well accessible
Organisation congress (lunch & coffee by far not enough, too cold, long waiting) The chairs in the congress hall are very narrow, you touch your neighbours. The projection screen is too small and too low and therefore only visible well from the chairs in the front half of the hall Stage and speakers are poorly illuminated The technician does not pay attention and is only interested in his own internet activities The congress room became extremely warm on the afternoon of the first day (EFLM congress) Poor ratio of quality/price By foot quite distant from the centre No swimming pool/fitness inside Interior is a bit outdated , some dirty spots on the carpet and chair in my room
Guy at the reception was very good and fast, however...
Reception was understaffed, long waiting time No value for money, old facilities
The way the cost of a room went UP when in there words we got busy . Went from 138. To 198. Over a five night stay not impressed
Good location in relation to trains (Malpensa Express) and Milano metro
really close to the metro station
bad and expensive internet connection
understaffed sloppy impression poor service
Good location, right next to Garibaldi station, walking distance to city center.
Staff could be more helpful.
horrible service, worst breakfast and wifi never works.
Poor Wifi. A bit old style hotel.
I really enjoyed the stay . I have received a very well organised service , kind, helpful and informative staff. The whole experience was very pleasant .Certainly I will be using Atahotel Executive in future. Many thanks for making me feel at easy and very well being looked after.
Location was good
The breakfast could be better. The WIFI was expensive The door between the connected rooms was narrow No free car park
Room size, decor.
Pillow, water temp could be warmer, a/c
Breakfast. Spacious in the room. Location.
Very poor dinner. No carpet or rugs on floor of room. No information in room about facilities. Website also lacking information. For example, is there a fitness centre?
For such hotel Wi-Fi should be free for guests
The accommodation is fine
There is a mount of unmentioned tax 15 euro paid for three day's WiFi (only 12 euro). It hasn't been mentioned when purchase the use of WiFi, but when check out, it is automatically added to my bill, how the tax can be more than the cost!!!!
Breakfast items were very limited and same all 5 days
Concierge excellent Cleanliness Good selection at breakfast very good Convenient location for travel
reception staff attitude quite pricey
Staff is ready to help, all the extra services can be easily provided by the hotel (such as ironing, phone charger, etc.)
The carpet was grimy with a stain on it.
It was close to all we wanted to see and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and plentiful
It was a bit difficult to get freah air into the room. Aircon was OK though
I was in this hotel 4 years ago but prices were unreasonable high. With actual discount of 40% this prices are affordable. Fifth day of the stay we had very good last lunch in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is reach. Wide choice of food, sweets, juices and fruits. You can order espresso or cappuccino to bring you to the table, too Downtown surroundings is full of life in the evening. Very good position to go to the Fair by train /only 4 stops-12 minutes/ and metro to the center of the city.
Every day in the evening we had to renew our door lock cards at the reception. Unfortunately, it was always in the time big groups arrive. Imagine going to room after business day and you have to go down from the sixth floor to the reception once more and wait in the key that they renew your card. I was told it is because I had my card by mobile phone, but that was not occasion. Later on I understood all other friends who were in this hotel had the same problem During a conference we had a meal in breaks. The first lunch we were served with pasta which was not cooked enough. We do not expect it in Italy A smell in conference part beside breakfast restaurant was like in mews.
Very good hotel. The location is perfect close to Subway and train station. Breakfast is also excellent
Long check-in procedure
Very nice interior of the room with large space, very good quality of the bed, good choice at breakfast; bathroom very well equipped - I even found cotton pads.
The room neighbours were very noisy turning on the TV very early in the morning which did not let me sleep any more (in addition to horrible coughing without any respect).
Staff were patient and helpful. All spoke good english which was essential. Our room was comfortable and we slept securely. A fine place to stayin Milan.
the Location was great the breakfast also
Not having wifi free, for an old hotel has it is and even having free wifi outside paying 6Euro to have wifi, i think is not that fair for an old style hotel and old also by my window i could connect to the Milano Free Wifi
