Als ich am Dienstag den 15.2.2011 um 2100 h ankam weigerte sich der Koch zu kochen. Ich musste in ein externes Restaurant durch den Regen.

Nice breakfast buffet with a coffee barista - excellent cappucino. Liked the large semi-outdoor room for informal meetings and afternoon relax. Very close and convenient if going to Milano Conference centre.

to small room, tight with chair and bed, quite uncomfortable bed, no possibility to open window for fresh air.

The hotel is rundown. Prices are staggering compared to the standard. Rude staff - at least the nightman.Rooms are in very bad condition with wallpaper hanging from the walls and although a non-smoking room was booked the room smelled of cigar smoke - terrible. Bad tv choice and to say that there is a minibar is ridicolous - an empty refrigarator is a better description. After11 pm you cannot get anything to eat or drink. The four (4) stars the hotel is boasing about must be since it opened - I would guess in the sixties.I Travel a lot and I have never stayed at such a bad hotel - certainly not compared to the price they charge.OK Location but try to get a taxi - wait for 30 minutes of more!!

Too complicated to get connectios to the Metro. Atmosphere very anonymous.

It is only ashort drive from the Trade Fair complex, has parking (is provided by another company and only takes cash), has good restaurant and bar. Rooms are small but modern and clean. Did not use the wi-fi as had read on other reviews that it was very expensive.

It would be difficult for the room to be any smaller. One has to move the bedside table on top of the bed to be able to open the chest of drawers. The staff were surly and at reception completely unhelpful. the bar was shut when we arrived at 11pm despite advertising as remaining open until midnight. The breakfast was extremely basic. The wifi internet is extremely expensive. 10€ an hour the reception guy managed to grunt. This is not 4*. It is a passed-it hotel trying to cash-in with the minimum effort. Only stayed here because everything else was booked up.
