Staff were pleasant enough, food was ok but menu choice was very limited, this is the reason we ate out on the last night of our stay. I didn't expect to have smashed mirrors in two of our rooms, 233 & 231 the toilets were disgusting and showers were either boiling hot or cold. General state of rooms would not get 4 stars in my opinion, i have stayed in many 3 star hotel which were in better condition, would have been a good deal if rooms were a lot cheaper, also i was told that this hoptel was on site of the showground, this was the case but the wrong showground, this hotel is onsite of a showground being demolished. Miss sold!!!!! |

Very good breakfast (very wide range of things to eat) and good location (you can reach the hotel by tram or by train) Upon leaving our hotel around noon, I asked someone at the reception to have our room made up but when we came back late in the evening around 10 o'clock, we discovered that our room hadn't been made up. |

THe locate was good for the Metro and trams. When giving direction to the hotel can you tell people to use the local train station which is really close.Instead of getting of at the tube station over 2km away. |

location the staff was rude, the porter was too busy smoking, to attend to the luggages, the price was for a 4 star hotel, but the rooms very smelly,sheets unchanged and we got the rooms right about the restaurant kitchen, the odor is really unpleasant.it was full for the exhibition so we couldnt have our rooms changed. |

Somewhat far away from the new Fieramilano, however there were still a lot of good connections to the new Fieramilano (like railway station, taxi, tram, etc.) |

rooms were a decent size which is difficult to find in Milan - ours could do with redecorating. The beds were also a good size and very comfortable, and the price was ok for the location main complaint was that it was advertised that there was a shuttle bus to the nearest metro station during the trade fair we were attending - when we arrived they told us there wasn't one - this meant a taxi costing an extra £20 a day and a long wait |

Breakfast with more fresh fruits and brown bread. Some more variety of cheese. Moving space a bit too narrow at reception for clients, may be a sitting room for waiting clients if possible.Otherwise it's ok. |

The staff was friendly, and the room was very spacious. I also liked the fact that the Hotel was well-connected to the parts of the city that were worth visiting both by the Subway(5 minute walk) and the Tram(right outside) The television offered too few channels... so for ppl like me who are used to sleeping while watching the television... it's a negative... but for most traveler im sure it's fine... |

Taksimatkat samoin lyhyitä. Lentokenttä sijaitsee turhan kaukana, juna lentokentältä tulee parin kilometrin päähän Nord asemalle, josta on lyhyt taksimatka hotelliin. Hotelli on hyvä. Aikaisin aamulla on käytettävä taksia lentokentälle menoon (n. 90 €). Tämä koskee tosin kaikkia Milanon keskustassa olevia hotelleja. |
