Very nice room and excellent daily breakfast Hotel bar and restaurant not open Saturday and Sunday night. Bar should have been open. Area around hotel under major construction. |

The included buffet breakfast was about the best we've ever had in a European hotel and was served in a lovely recently renovated restaurant. The staff all spoke pretty good English which was nice for us as we don't speak Italian. |

Hotel was first class, very modern and high tech. Very complete breakfast included. Staff was very helpful. Because of high tech energy conservation, the AC could not be run while we weren't in the room. So when we returned fairly late in the evening after an exhausting all day tour of Milan the room was warm and took a fair amout of time to cool off. The staff told me that the energy conservation installation was very new and my problem will be ironed out. Also for doing walking, the hotel location was a little further from the center of town than we would have liked. We paid a good rate but I understand that at other times of the year the rate may be double. |

The hotel is insufficient in terms of the room requirements (airconditioning is not working correctly), breakfast (breakfast is poor for a four star hotel), pictures of the hotel are completely not giving a realistic view of the hotel, ... |

spacious executive room (including a luggage room), clean. Breakfast was tasty, variety of fruits, cookies, hot buffet. High-speed i-net was very useful. Hotel is situated not far from Milan Central railway station. restaurant at the hotel was closed in the evenings due to manana for a month (from the end of July to the end of August 2009) |

Modern, clean rooms. Good location. Excellent breakfast. Hotel staff, especially front desk, not very friendly. Wooden floors in rooms can be noisy, especially in lower floor rooms. |

Big room, clean and nice staff. the room was very warm, and the air condition did not work. And surely because of the fair Salone Milano, it was way to expensive the first 2 nights. |

Location to nightlife, friendly staff, large and modern rooms, and awesome buffet breakfast!! Would definitely stay there when in Milan. Wireless internet should be included in price of the room. It was a little high. |

the room was tastefully decorated and spacious, big room, walk in wardrobe and the bathroom very nice. The staff are professional and very helpfull. The time of year we went was great value for money hotel a little distance away from the centre, approx 3-4 metro stops, and the metro is a fair walk from hotel. not a lot happening around that area |

staff was friendly. central heating thermometer did not work well. I had to call front a few times, and finally get room changed into another, borrowed a small portable fan. however, the situation was the same during the early morning. it was very cold, and without the fan, we could not have survived... |
