staff was friendly. central heating thermometer did not work well. I had to call front a few times, and finally get room changed into another, borrowed a small portable fan. however, the situation was the same during the early morning. it was very cold, and without the fan, we could not have survived... |

The personnel worked perfectly well. Extremely polite workers reception and restaurant. An excellent breakfast (a variety of fruit, a melon, a strawberry, pineapple, peaches etc., a wide choice of cheeses...). Daily cleaning of number, daily change of towels etc. Huge number (~ 30 square metres), the big plasma panel. We will necessarily stop in the future. |

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The personel and the room were super. Excellent healthy breakfast.the decor of the NH is always modern with great taste and comfort. |

I loved the size and comfort of the room. The staff were so helpful and friendly, very welcoming. It is not clearly advertised that your restaurant is shut at the weekend! |

Not too big, feeling like home. Easy to get into city center if wanted. Water in shower, varied from cold to correct temperature which can be an interesting experience during morning shower. It clearly wakes you up! |

Spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast We wanted a double room and we got one in the smoking floor (we do not smoke), which unfortunately had a smell - but was ok for 1 night that we stayed in the hotel |

Polite staff at the reception Noise of running water because of switched off conditioning system, Closed restaurant for the whole August, Room service didn't pick up the phone, Too high price for WiFi internet (17 EUR for 1 day access). |

The rooms were spacious. There was no disturbance from the traffic. Location wasn't the best. A good walk or tube ride to the centre of Milan. |
