Good breakfast & nice bed
Staffs are friendly but not helpful
Was a nice area, and quite clean. Rooms were very decent.
Breakfast was not that great, and extras were excessively expensive... I had to log on for an online course and the wifi was terrible in the room. It logged me off constantly.
Good location, only 5 minutes from Duomo. 2 good japanese restaurants in next building.
1. My wife helped our friend to prepare for wedding and came back at about 2.0 in the night, i went out to the street to meet her because Milano is not the safest city in the world. The portier asked me when we had came back: Sir, is SHE registered? Hey man, it is women, not the dog. The only one thought he had is i went to the street and came back with prostitute? Such a sexism, i said that's not correct question but he was confident that it is polite. 2. Now it is 21st century but thanks this hotel to remind me my childhood with the dial-up connection. You can make coffee and even drink it when the browser loads the site. Moreover it has traffic restriction. Nightmare, some people have business trips and i don't know how they use this Internet connection. For sure you can pay for premium account at only 15 Euro per day. 3. I heard all what my neighbors spoke. Also thanks to somebody who set up the alarm clock at 8 o.clock on Sunday.
This is a modern hotel, very well appointed and very handy to the fashion district and the Duomo.
Getting to the airport is either very expensive by cab (90 euros flat rate) or time consuming and inconvenient. The train takes almost an hour to Malapensa, and only runs once an hour.
We spent one night at the hotel for my boyfriend's birthday and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were attentive, professional, and willing to go beyond expectations to ensure that we had everything we needed: directions, car park, restaurant recommendations, and even a bottle of wine delivered to the room so we could have a celebratory aperitivo. The rooms are very stylish, with a lovely modern aesthetic.
Restaurant was closed on Stadurday evening
+ good location, city centre within circa 20min walking distance + gluten free products on request + air con with heating option, so room heating was pretty efficient. + generally very helpful staff
- disappearing wi-fi signal, so having a call from your room can be a challenge - no heating in the bathroom which stays pretty cold even when the room is warm (room heating is on contrary very efficient) - one of the receptionists was really rude and was making lot of problems with invoices and payments, but the situation was efficiently managed by the reception manager and I am pretty sure will not repeat again - having an electric kettle in the room would be a nice thing - there is no plug close to bed, so if you use a phone as the alarm clock you cannot charge it and have it at hand while you sleep (unless you have an extension cable). Same thing for using your laptop in bed - the plug is too distant to have your pc plugged.
I really liked the location. I have been walking all around with no need of taxi . And the rooms are really quiet
Clean and close to Metro and destination.
Bed hard and lumpy.
Location, Service, the Hotel is in perfect condition
Nothing to mention
the reception were first rate whilst room service &Bar service to room great, much better than Armani where we stayed first 2 nights ( all considered)
Very nice hotel and friendly, professional staff
Great location, very helpful and friendly in all possible ways. I would go back anytime. מאד מומלץ
Coffee/ tea machine in the room would be very nice.
room number bathroom
wifi quality breakfast is poor (no poridge) parking is expensive
Clients care, position, location, comfort
To leave after just two nights :)
Cleaning, breakfast is good, nearby shopping area.
When I came back for my deposited luggage , I was asked to pay for the broken roller shutter in the balcony, €300...It is 6 hours after I check out...and last night I had ask for repair that roller shutter. So, whether selected this hotel depend on you.
Best hotel you may stay in Milan. . Location is great. Very close to shopping street. Room and breakfast were excellent. Staffs were very helpful.
Just a walk away from railway station and main square.
We found a quite big bug on the curtains when we arrived and also on the next day from the pillow.
Lobby is nice. Fine breakfast.
The room was dusty (not clean as I would expect from 4* hotel. The water in bathroom was swaped (red was cold, blue was hot). The parking was more expensive than advertized in booking. And the requested baby bed was not prepared.
breakfast was very good
The worst attitude of a concierge/Front Desk ever with the exception of the guy that checked us in.
Amazing customer service and breakfast. Location was central.
The 200MB free wifi limit was not ideal.
location, quiet, staff
juices from buffet. fresh ones under request and expensive
