You can visit almost all turist attractions by foot and for those who are not keen on walking Vitorio Emanuele metro station is just about 300m away. Not to forget to mention that the view from the room was spectacular. It was too warm in our room. |

Breakfast was good. Most staff friendly and helpful. Really great location for walking into the old city. Room quiet. Essential having tea making facilities in room. Mattress a bit old and uneven. We were not allowed a late departure and I did not believe the man at reception when he said the rooms were fully booked - our floor was almost empty. |

Conviente location. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms compact but adaquate and clean. Dining area very nice with spectacular views from the roof. If your having a coffe in the area hotel best value. Coffe in the square is expensive. We enjoyed our stay there. was dissapointed the wifi wasint free. |

Receptionists were pleasant and professional. The location close the Termini train station and the subway. The breakfast is expensive for the meal proposal. The noise of the feet who slip on the floor, the hand in the pocket and the (not) smile of one breakfast server on the three have illuminated my days... Dommage that this server has taken in charge us all days... |

It was absolutely fabulous. The best things were the fact that the rooms are all soundproofed - which in the middle of Rome is a huge asset, and also the whole attitude of the staff was ideal - helpful and friendly without being intrusive. The only thing was that all the sheets, pillow cases and towels were changed every single day and for the sake of the planet we would have been happy to have them changed less often over our 5 day visit. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for seeing the sites in Rome by foot or public transport. Room smelled of smoke despite requesting non smoking room. Paid extra for internet access with poor and variable connection. |

Your average hotel for a weekend (city) trip. Good buffet breakfast but one would expect fresh orangejuice etc. in a 4-star hotel (now from a pack) The location near Termini station, metro and city centre is excellent. Lovely trattoria's in the neighbourhood. We would stay here again. Bathroom needed small maintainance fe. shower was leaking and partly not working; toiletroll holder broken. |

Service was good. Room was clean. Rooms are small. Old fashioned. The key was very heavy. The breakfast could have been better. Overall, I dont think it was worth the money I paid. |

Location was good! So near to Roma Termini Train station. The room was very clean which was very important for me. And the panorama was fantastic. We stayed in a deluxe room! And the staff was so nice with us. Good quality! The room was little bit small for Deluxe room which normally has had to be the one of the best rooms of the hotel. We felt little bit disappointed. We were expecting a bigger room. |

Staff.athmosfera When booking with me, took off your credit card and the first night of stay. When I left I paid the full amount, including the money that I was cleared. Until now, the money I did not return, although it was already 4 days after my departure. |

Location was a real plus.. proximity of the Train station and walking distance to most of the attractions Rooms are old and in need of refurbishing.. Flat screen TV was stuck in a cubby hole in the cabinet with no real programming outside of CNN.. The bathroom door handle would make a horrible noise each time the door was opened.. Unremarkable breakfast.. |
