Location was perfect. There was confusion about the type of room booked.I had booked a twin but they had allocated a double and were very reluctant to change - one guy at reception said I had booked a double but when I produced my booking showing request for a twin, a manager apologised and informed me that this would be rectified the next night which it was. they upgraded us on the second night for the remainder of our stay but I must say it was only when the manager got involved (who was very helpful)that I got any satisfaction. The first guy at reception was quite unhelpful and refused to listen to me. This is why I have indicated that the hotel staff were fair above. Most were very good and helpful with the exception as outlined above. Breakfast was good and as I would expect but disappointed that there was no fresh fruit only tinned fruit. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar/rest very enjoyable especially in the evening. Room and hotel very clean and fresh. Felt breakfast could have been better, ie fresh orange juice and fresh fruit. |

The staff were excellent as was the service. Although the guide books describe the area as "undesirable" it was perfect for themain station and access to metro and buses. A French couple and the Americans but that is hardly the hotels fault. The calm manner with which staff dealt with a difficult customer one night, was exemplary. |

Very central location, lovely roof terrace, very friendly reception staff The high wall around the wall terrace spoils the view of the City but of course could be a safety issue |

The location of the hotel is very convenient for getting most of the attractions of the city. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the central railway station is close by too. The staff were very friendly. Whilst the breakfast was fine, after 7 days it became a little boring with very little option changes. |

it is located centrally ,room we stayed was comfortable ,breakfast service was good and location was very pleasing. althought room was quiet silent otherwise, one could hear a continous low noise of something like the noise of a two cylinder engine perhaps from nearby buildings. |

The hotel was what we hoped it would be, more than comfortable, excellent location, beautiful views and had everything you required for your stay. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were extremely courteous and efficient. Nothing comes to mind - apart from perhaps the veal scallopini was a little tough. |

Close to termini station and metro. Lovely view from room - church and piazza (deluxe room so on the 4th floor so paid for the view). breakfast was lovely - especially for Rome. Staff friendly The food in the hotel restaurant was appauling!! very little choice. my lasagne was microwaved with no garnish, pepper or parmesan. it was cold and had to be returned. replacement wasnt much better. Bottle of pinot grigio nice but Euro 22! Eat in quiet streets off trevi fountain. Also paid Euro12 for small tub of ice cream next door!! |

We were upgraded and had a lovely deluxe room in a courtyard, staff very helpful. dining in the evening in the roof garden was expensive and luke warm food, left a lot to be desired. Italian trattoria 5mins away was excellent for value and food and staff. |
