Morgenmads buffet'en var næsten pinlig. Udvalget var sådan set i orden - men selve kvaliteten af maden var under par. Føltes og smagte meget billigt. |

Meget hjælpsom personale og god atmosfære Deres airconditioner larmer utroligt, man blev vækket om natten, hvis ikke dem der boede på værelserne ved siden af havde slukket dem. |

Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Værelset var stort og indrettet til, at man sagtens kunne bo en familie i det.Der var ligeledes et lille køkken samt en altan. |

Hotelpersonalet var fantastisk søde, og servicen i top! Lækker morgenbuffet og super placering i Roms hyggeligste kvarter Trastevere. Samtidig tæt på sporvogn og bus til de store turistattraktioner. |

Personalet var meget hjælpesom. Og morgenbuffe var også med et fint udvalg. Et meget stort minus er at hotellet er alt for dårligt isoleret med hensyn til lyd. Man kunne nemt høre sine naboer, også bare ved alm. snak! |

Dejligt lyse værelser og central placering (kun 5-10 min. gå gang til Piazza de Santa Maria). Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet, men skuffende at hotellets restaurant og vinbar ikke var åben. |

Relatively good value for money, but far from flashy in any way. Clean with big rooms. Do not arrive with business shirts that needs ironing before you attend a meeting as there is no (!) iron available in the whole hotel, and it takes 8 hours to get it done externally. Also, gym is a joke - it is so small that you need to pre-book time as it only fits one person. |

Did not expect to stay here but I had booked the wrong month!! Called Booking.Com who got a group of 6 in quickly so really grateful. Initial impressions of the area were not great but there are loads of excellent restaurants and bars in this up and coming area. 3 mins on bus/tram to town centre. It was good to get away from the tourists and we were upgraded on arrival. |

It was good to get champagne on my birthday The way that the staff did not deal with the noisy children and made me feel like a complaining old nag even though I was kept awake til 2.30 am 2 nights in a row. In addition we were not told there was a complaimts procedure - we had to ask for an address which the reception staff reluctantly gave us |

I thought the room was very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. I liked the modern feel of the hotel. On first glance the hotel looks nicely designed and attractively modern but on closer inspection the interior decor needs a fair bit of attention and renovation. Lots of little marks and scratches on the walls, bits of plaster falling off, lightswitches not installed correctly. It looks like the builders didn't care so much and it is not being maintained well. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice design. For its category the breakfast proposal could be better, more varied. There was little wardrobe space. Ideal for clothes for a couple of days but not longer. |

The room was large and comfortable. Great shower. The breakfasts are excellent - loved the dining room. The hotel staff, especially Allessa, was very helpful with reservations to the Borghese Gallery and transportation schedules. |

Breakfast service was great for the first 4 days. Next 2 mornings it was a little mess. People in the hotel were great - reception, services, everything went superbly. Hotel is close to the tram stop which goes directly to the city center. We were staying in the non-renovated room but it was OK. The kitchen in the room doesn´t make sense. There were missing doors on the freezer in the fridge. |

Trastevere is a great neighborhood in Rome. Bed was hard but not terribly uncomfortable. May have been high style 10 or 15 years ago. Hard to believe that this this is a four-star hotel. $200+ a night. Very tired, old modern minimalist style. Ripped carpet in our room. Shower curtain that barely reaches the top of the tub strongly encourages flooded bathroom. Falling apart fold out couch. Outrageously expensive wifi. Housekeeping not thorough. The hotel staff is ndifferent and perhaps overworked. |

The friendliness of the staff and their readiness to provide assistance, as well as the design of the rooms. The location was a plus too. The mini bar should include a greater variety of drinks; I found my room rather dark; the door of the shower allowed water to come out causing a mess every time I took a shower; the air condition was rather noisy; the lifts were quite slow. |

Nice modern Hotel, situated perfectly in Travestere close to the action - in the liveliest part of Rome. Silent! Big Rooms, b I g Breakfast - hey, we are in Italy - they really go out of their way! Delightfully attentative Personell - espcially Walter at Breakfast Service and Maurizio at Reception. Absolutely go to Ripa Hotel again. Only one thing: please update the computer - it needs urgently some more sophisticated software so you can look and load airline data. And make it free of charge perhaps? |
