I like the location of the hotel - conveniently located near offices I visit when in Rome, only 5-10 mins walk. Bed is v comfortable = v good night's sleep, room is v. spacious, light and airy and decorated in functional, uncluttered and modern way.

The main negative is scaffolding on entire outer facade, sign of impending works right now (mid May 2012). Also, noisy chamber maids in the morning - they had parked their trolleys outside my room and were having a good old natter at around 8:30 am (= was just unlucky). Would recommend though. Have been several times.

The location was excellent, the hotel was clean and the room was very big. The staff were very helpful and polite and spoke very fluent English. The restaurant offers good quality food and service.

The only thing I didn't like were the lifts as they were very small and looked very old.

The hotal is very modern And rooms are ver comfortable. The breakfast is great. My husband and I were celebratinf our wedding anniversary and the hitel gave us a free upadre. The room was great. Location is very good. There is an electric tain stop two minutes from the hotel. The hotel is located in Trastevere which was a great neighbirhood and has a lot of activity, restaurans and bars. It was a great experience.

Good location to get to everything "touristy" in Rome as well as to visit the restaurants and cafes frequented by the locals. Staff was helpful about answering how to get places questions. Everyone spoke English. Breakfast each day offered a lot of choices. Pictures of rooms on the website were accurate. Even though the website said internet was like $20 a day, they actually have internet cards you can buy at the hotel for about $6 for 30 minutes of connection time and use for your whole stay.

-Location: walking distance to many attractions. From Fiumicino Aeroporto just take the FR1 to Trastevere Stazione then Tram8 (5 stops) or from the Stazione to the Hotel is about 10 minutes walking) -Service: professional staff -Comfort: comfortable rooms -Safety. safe for traveller solo (female)

Very friendly and helpful staff. A good sized room with seperate bedroom for adult son who travelled to Rome independently. Location also very good for eating out, although not so close to the city centre.

Very nice hotel!

Breakfast was generous and fresh (although fruit juices were out of a dispenser).

Room door locks on the whole floor didn't work. Had to call for staff each time to get the door open. Floor used and stained, to the point we were afraid to walk barefoot. Water infiltration on the balcony. No equipment in the kitchen (who travels with a kettle ?). Only one sheet + bedcover + blanket on the bed, and they weren't impeccable. Heating didn't work well (had to turn it on, and impossible to turn it off). Asked for a duvet, but obtained another blanket. Tv was not flat and only 10". Bathroom : poor & scratchy towels, old washbasin, pvc bin, toilet paper roll was not new, and no spare roll available. Nothing in the bathroom to put our products, not even a small shelf. Apparently all rooms on that floor had problems. Our room didn't look at all like the pictures of the one we had booked online. Imagine the deception for people travelling in Rome for new year's eve. No compensation given by the staff, no reaction given even to the door problems. This doesn't deserve ****.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close the Trastevere main road.

The standard rooms are not even close to the pictures you see in the site. The look bad and are not comfortable. Also, they have 14 inch TV - this is really disgrace!
