I liked the pool, the reception staff, bar 1 gentleman who was a little rude, the gym, the bar staff, the cleaning staff, breakfast, breakfast staff, the football on Tv, the very useful map, the room and especially the shuttle buses, they in particular we used every day and were excellent! It was a little pricey, especially for dinner and the menu for food could be improved however coffee was cheap and overall we have no major complaints. |

The breakfasts were superb- included everything one could want. The location, although very suburban and pretty, was difficult to get to by car and even more difficult to get out due to the narrow and very busy road needed to access this hotel. The shuttle bus was a plus but it did not go to city center as stated - instead it dropped passengers at a subway station near the Vatican- which is nowhere near city center. |

The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive. The room with terrace overlooking the pool was scenic and relaxing. The shuttle service into Rome was convenient and ran smoothly. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. |

We were able to check in quite late without any problems, the free shuttle bus between the Vatican City and hotel is quite convenient, lovely views, excellent swimming pool!, hotel is located close to large parkland area. very minor point - rooms facing the hotel entrance side, overlooking the parking lot, may be subject to slightly more noice, e.g. early morning tour bus departures, compared to rooms overlooking pool side, but otherwise no real dislikes. |

Attention to detail. Shuttle bus prompt and reliable. The balcony. The breakfast. Space. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice but no problem we took our own kettle and makings. |

Rooms and staff were good. It's a long way out, but courtesy buses good and on time. Restaurant overpriced and no atmosphere. |

The location is good -- the air quality is much better that in hotels downtown. A large park in nearby - excellent for exercises. The pool is very good. Breakfast was okay. Staff responded to various needs quit promptly. Those who stay above the hotel entrance and exposed to a lot of noise almost every night. Very loud talking of the drivers and hotel guests can disturb and wake you up at 1 am or even at 3 am - absolutely intolerable, especially for a 4-star hotel! The restaurant does not have a good menu - everything is grossly overpriced and not nearly as good as the food in town. |

The staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus made up for location of the hotel, dramatically improving access to the metro. Always on time and at regular intervals. Room service and the restaurant prices were very expensive. Disappointing as there are no restaurants nearby so this would have been an attractive option for eating during evenings. 22 euros for a club sandwich was just too expensive. |

A truly outstanding hotel! Ideally located for the Vatican City and free courtesy buses were provided by the hotel. The room was excellent with a lovely balcony. The pool was superb and the hotel staff were excellent. The food was wonderful with many different choices at both breakfast and dinner. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and good value for money. |
