the buffet breakfast was amazing.... and so was the pool.... great hotel to stay - a little far but courstesy shuttle was fabulous ...made getting around rome easy |

Transport facilities - courtesy buses & swimming pool Cost of meals other than breakfast & also lack of tea/coffee making facilities in rooms (but we brought our own so were ok) - hotel prefer to charge for room service |

The staff were very helpful and the shuttle bus made up for location of the hotel, dramatically improving access to the metro. Always on time and at regular intervals. Room service and the restaurant prices were very expensive. Disappointing as there are no restaurants nearby so this would have been an attractive option for eating during evenings. 22 euros for a club sandwich was just too expensive. |

A truly outstanding hotel! Ideally located for the Vatican City and free courtesy buses were provided by the hotel. The room was excellent with a lovely balcony. The pool was superb and the hotel staff were excellent. The food was wonderful with many different choices at both breakfast and dinner. A thoroughly enjoyable stay and good value for money. |

Breakfast was good from all aspects; food and staff. Restaurant was equally good. The courtesy transport from hotel to cental Rome is an asset to the services offered by this hotel. I highly recommend it for those who wish to have a stay in Rome just outside the city centre. |

The facilities are excellent and the pool fabulous Time restrictions on use of the pool. The additional costs for 2 children aged 3 and 5 years was unreasonable |

The facilities are wonderful. Most of all, the american breakfast is the best I have had so far in any european hotel. The swimming pool was great for the summer heat of rome. With kids, this is wonderful. The shuttle service to Rome leaves more than desired. In the evening, they should switch the larger shuttle bus to go to Travestre instead of the Vatican. We were unable to get to Travestre because there were only 5 seats.Some of the hotel guests were also not gracious and rushed up the bus before us although we were there firstI did not like that the hotel staff were nochalant with the situation |

the pool. the prices at the restaurant and mini bar are ridiculous!!, 17 euros for two portions of fries!.the cocktail welcoming drink was non alcoholic and should have said when we booked the splash in the room deal. we paid 400 euros for a double room and 895 for a family room of 3!, there was no difference apart form a voucher for two drinks but not an alcoholic coctktail.very expensive!!.breakfast fair. |

The shuttle bus service to City Centre and Trastevere station is very good and we used the service every day. The personnel is very polite and helpful. Surroundings of the hotel (garden) and the pool area is very beautiful. The breakfast is very good, but one suggestion we would make: The amount of fresh vegetables is very low in the breakfast table. Why not add these to breakfast sortiment after which the breakfast would be perfect! Why the pool area doesn't have a bar of its own? It |
