Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable hotel. Although there was a shuttle it did not go near enough to the centre of the City to be really convenient, though it was better than nothing. Also, it would be helpful to have a shuttle to airports. |

We get very nice rooms all the time, also with balcony, reception is very nice and friendly. It is a little bit far from downtown, but if someone want to rest it is the perfect place! |

Breakfast was excellent No cofee/tea making facilities in rooms. Location requires using the hotel bus to go to city and using the bus can be a waste of time sometimes |

Very comfortable, good food and the use of free shuttle bus services saved on taxi fares. The swimming pool was a real treat after a day sighting seeing in Rome. |

Very neat and comfortable hotel situated in a quiet area just 15min free shuttle bus below Vatican City. The room was spacious, beautiful furniture & decor, good air-con, with balcony terrace..perfect. The breakfast was abundant with a good choice. Excellent chambermaids, once our room was even done twice. Some of the staff seem to have to learn that tourists would want hospitality because there were times that we felt that we were extra or non existant, when the hotel did not have much people to take care of. On one occasion a male receptionist did not even bother to face us on replying to important questions about our departure. With crossed arms, facing elsewhere, he literally gave us a cold shoulder. Shame on tourism and the hotel itself. Pity because otherwise good. |

Room was fab clean sheets every day. View was lovely. Shuttle was always on time and needed to get anywhere. Not enough information on how to get to any where from shuttle. Breakfast was ok but evening meal was very poor and expensive as was all the drinks. Nowhere to get a snack without paying extortionate prices. |

Shuttle into the city was very convenient and ran every hour. It had a very good breakfast buffet in the morning. Rooms were very clean. We stayed there because it is listed as near the airport. The pool closed too early. We came back from a day in Rome at 6:30pm and it was closed. It should be open until early evening, perhaps 8pm. It was very hot that day and we stayed there because it had a pool but could not use it. |

The room was very nice. The breakfast was excellent and the swimming pool was great. Besides that the shuttle to the centre was very good. The balcony was above the airconditioners, which was awfull. And the view was miserable. |

It is a good hotel. Very nice quiet location but not far from city center. There are free hotel buses which can take you to Vatican or to train station. The swimming pool is a big advantage of hotel. I would advice this hotel to everybody who would like to rest after busy day visiting Rome. Hotel stuff is children friendly. Very good breakfasts. Generally good level on cleanness. Hotel is not very cheap but it’s difficult to find something better. During booking I was hesitating but when we arrive I knew we made good decision. Hotel price was high. |

The hotel rooms were spacious and very comfy. The large swimming pool was a hit with the children. Staff were very helpfull and friendly. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was very poor. Shuttle bus wasn't reliable. |

Family suite was excellent - suggest asking for Room 348 specifically if you're staying as a family. Breakfast buffet was OK - plenty of food but some strange selections (mashed potato, carrots and beans!). Also, ask Front Desk to book the local restaurant where their driver collects you from the hotel and drops you back - good food and not that pricey. Pool is great - one of the biggest hotel pools I have come across and perfect for coolong off after a day's sightseeing. This isn't a dislike as such - with a young family, you may find yourself forking out for taxis even though the hotel runs two shuttle buses. |

The location of the hotel is an advantage on one side, but on the other side not; The hotel is too far from the city! The food is bad, the swimming pool ,which is the most important of the hotel, closes too early. Some of the working people are not friendly, generally it is OK; |
