Food, staff, pool,
Swimming pool, breakfast and shuttle bus.
Staff not always polite, room needs a facelift, expensive food and drinks.
Breakfasts! By far the best breakfast I have ever had, anywhere, ever. Allow several hours to enjoy, if you have time! Shuttle bus into town. Swimming pool. Some staff lovely and helpful.
One staff member on reception very sullen - gave a bad impression. Restaurant very expensive (though excellent), and nowhere else to eat in the vicinity - best thing is to eat in town before coming back on the bus. Reception area rather dated.
The hotel was nice and clean with good facilities.
The bar was extremely expensive and the staff on reception were rude
Breakfast Pool Large bed Shuttle Bus Balcony
Stairs to pool Price of room service and meals are extausionate Some staff were rude&grumpy
the pool the gardens the shuttle service the staff
Nice hotel and rooms
Rude attitude of the reception staff which totally ruined a good holiday. Someone needs to speak up. Nothing within walk distance
Very comfortable beds. Wide variety of food at breakfast. Good shuttle bus service to the vatican.
Location was quite far from city centre.
Shuttle bus. Pool. Breakfast outside, and choice.
Don't stay on the top floor pool side rooms (which are more expensive) as the roof mounted aircon units are very noisy to an extent that you aren't able to sit on your balcony. Don't buy anything from the pool bar and expect to be able to take it to your sunbed because they won't lye you, but they tell you this afterwards and won't refund you.
location, staff, comfort
breakfast could be better (fresh juice, more choice of bread)
It is located in a villa with nice & quiet neighourhood. The hotel itself is quite spacious with various resting areas, e.g. terrace at the ground floor which is beautiful. The most appreciated area to our family is the swimming pool where we had fun and relaxation. It is spacious & staff are friendly. The breakfast area is also nice where we could sit outside with the pool view or at the podium area next to the flowers. And the shuttle bus service is reasonably scheduled and convenient which connects us to the center quite easily. It is also close to a park (about 10 mins walk from the hotel) with a lot of green and is also beautiful.
Quite some areas and facilities of the hotel are quite worn out and do really need to be repaired or replaced. Like some visitors who stayed at this hotel sooner before us had mentioned that the carpets along the stairs were pretty old. For the family room which we stayed for a few nights was pretty spacious and could be quite luxurious with a sort of whirlpool bathtub and a separate massage/sauna shower cabine. BUT the shower door was damaged (could not be closed) and so was the massage shower (it worked anyhow as a shower but the water power is quite weak). The hydro bathtub worked but was pretty old and worn. (It was still working anyway.) It was not difficult to see different areas of the premises with the paint off, worn out leather furnitures, broken this and that & etc.... which from my opinion, we should hardly see all these in a 4-star hotel.
Staff was unprofesional
Large Swimming Pool Very Friendly and Helpful Staff Excellent double bed and good sound proof rooms. Great late check out facility at 10 EUR per hour after 2 pm allows for an afternoon swim before going back to the airport.
Remote location requires use of Taxi to get there and radio taxis start metering at around 6-8 EUR. The hourly shuttle bus to the Vatican Museum partially offsets this difficulty. Restaurant food could be better for the prices charged.
The pool area was big and nice sun beds. The breakfast was nice and was served in a huge area. Nice beds and quite area.
A little far from center and the nearest bus/tram stop is 20min walk away and not in city area
The constant shuttles into the city. Midway through our stay they switched to the big bus which was amazing because we never had a problem getting a seat last minute, as it's hard to plan exactly what time you want to come back when you are a tourist. The rooms were very clean, and we loved the balcony. The staff were so nice and extremely helpful to us.
They will super nickel and dime you. Every little thing has a fee to it, down to the pool towel. The mattress was super hard and killed my back. The hotel needed a good power was around the outside areas such as the restaurant dining area, bar lounging area, pool and outside stairs.
Quiet and out of the way
Very RUDE reception Staff, cocky and not helpful at all.
We had 3 rooms booked for my wife and I, my brother and sister and my adult son. The hotel is comfortable with good pool and clean rooms. Nice restaurant and good breakfast.
We have spent the last 3 months in Europe staying at many various hotels where we found the staff at the front reception helpful and friendly. We found the front reception staff at this hotel to be very rude and came across as arrogant. In particular the guy with the dark hair (as the rest were baldish). They have no patients if you do not speak their language and if you ask them a simple question be prepared for a abrupt or possible rude response. One time we tried to book the hotel shuttle bus to the Vatican for 9 in the morning only to have the dark haired guy loose his patients and abuse us in Italian because he was not making himself clear on the departure times. His attitude was so rude that we told him to forget it and we caught taxi in from then on. Very unpleasant to be confronted by staff like this and we have no one to complain too. The reception staff wrecked what could have been a great Hotel to stay in. There are no shops with in a walking distance to the hotel.
Lovely breakfast, nice gardens and pool, excellent restaurant.
Location far from centre of Rome and bar was a bit expensive €18 for 2 small beers and glass of wine.
The resort has a wonderful pool Our room had a large balcony Breakfast was adequate
The motor from hotel air conditioner kept us sleepless The garbage truck at collection at 6.15am We asked for another room on other side of hotel and after we saw it they wanted an extra €15 per night as it was an exucitive suite even though it had a smaller bed. It was a bit over the top as we paid top dollar for 4 days! The staff always seem to be busy in groups of 4 chatting away whilst we waited 25mins to have our dinner order taken.
Hotel grounds and pool Clean and comfortable Great restaurant staff
Restaurant bit pricey Paying for internet use is ridiculous!
Staff member roberto very rude and dismissive ... Was not happy I had to complain to manager ... Will not be going back to this hotel .. 5 years going to ata pampilli and I was very very disappointed with his attitude !!!

Excellent value as booked day before.....great pool and excellent shuttle into Rome
Great swimming pool open up to 19.30. Very comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Good breakfast with planty of fruit. Shuttle bus from the hotel to Vatican (15 minutes) and very close to CIPRO station.
Staff at the reception desk were not very friendly.I asked them to send me 3 postcards (ready to send, with stamps obvieously). Postcards didn't reach the receivers :-(.
big pool, big balcony, nice view
pool hours, separate pool and bar area are
