Läget var lugnt, utan störande stadstrafik. Rummet hade balkong där man kunde sitta ifall man inte ville sola vid poolen. Personalens språkkunskaper kunde förbättras, endast ett fåtal kunde förstå och tala engelska, |

Nice rooms, good service. The pool was excellent before (and after) hot days in the city. Breakfast was good, almost excellent. If you have to go to Roma with a family (and kids) this is your hotel. Just wondering why there could not be a bar by the pool? Plenty of people and all thirsty. Hotel is not quite near to the city, but free shuttle bus works ok. |

Good location. In summertime the pool was most welcome as was the shuttle bus! Great breakfast! A little worn but overall very good. |

Fast and courteous response from the staff getting room service and taxi to the airport. I wish I brought my bathing suit - the pool looked really nice. |

Excellent hotel offering free parking, free shuttle minibus to metro stations in Rome, great value for money. It looks more like a 5* hotel. I would definitely stay there again. |

Pool was great, shuttle bus to central Rome and the train station was excellent but the pick up point near Vatican City was difficult to find the first time we used it. Dinner was very ordinary, breakfast was not much better. Quit expensive for the quality of the hotel |

I liked the pool, the reception staff, bar 1 gentleman who was a little rude, the gym, the bar staff, the cleaning staff, breakfast, breakfast staff, the football on Tv, the very useful map, the room and especially the shuttle buses, they in particular we used every day and were excellent! It was a little pricey, especially for dinner and the menu for food could be improved however coffee was cheap and overall we have no major complaints. |

Everything was excellent, from the staff to luxury at rooms. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. Well done to all of you there! Everything always needs improvement, keep going according to our demands. |

The breakfasts were superb- included everything one could want. The location, although very suburban and pretty, was difficult to get to by car and even more difficult to get out due to the narrow and very busy road needed to access this hotel. The shuttle bus was a plus but it did not go to city center as stated - instead it dropped passengers at a subway station near the Vatican- which is nowhere near city center. |

The morning breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive. The room with terrace overlooking the pool was scenic and relaxing. The shuttle service into Rome was convenient and ran smoothly. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. |

We were able to check in quite late without any problems, the free shuttle bus between the Vatican City and hotel is quite convenient, lovely views, excellent swimming pool!, hotel is located close to large parkland area. very minor point - rooms facing the hotel entrance side, overlooking the parking lot, may be subject to slightly more noice, e.g. early morning tour bus departures, compared to rooms overlooking pool side, but otherwise no real dislikes. |

Attention to detail. Shuttle bus prompt and reliable. The balcony. The breakfast. Space. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice but no problem we took our own kettle and makings. |
