Golden Tulip Hotel Waldorf    

In this hotel, I had one of the best rooms ever. It is very close to the sea, unfortunately it rained so we didnt able to take advantage of the location and the hotel.

We loved the design of our room, beach view and with an amazing balcony.

Though the room was excellent the breakfast area is still stock in the 80's

Hotel staff should be more fluent in english

The location of the hotel would be great in summer time.

The fact that so many places were closed because it was winter. Place was like a ghost town.

Rom was very spacious with a nice decor. It was also very well price compared to others in the area of similar caliber. Staff were very friendly We were able to pay a supplement for an evening check-out

There were no facilities (eg restaurant, gym, spa etc) There is no room service available

Good location on the beach. Huge rooms better suited for families, children?

Great welcome, fast check in, the room was nice and clean! breakfast was good! no complaints!

This place is hell! Incredable noise, all night drunk russians, in the morning the kids very loud, no respect, the hotelmanagement doesnt do anything, they charged the full amount from my creditcard twice, paid breakfast @ booking.com and had to pay it again in the hotel, good advice: avoid this place!!!

The breakfast was of very low standars,and balkony was not clean.

The suites at the 1st floor are 42 m2 which is pretty large, so that's good. Also, the suites have a modern design although still simple. The free parking possibilities are great.

Be careful when booking this hotel! Regular rooms are small, old and if you book a suite check which suite you get. There are only about 5 suites with a large terras, bath with bubbles and 2 flat-screen TV's (nothing special). The pics online might give you another impression! And this hotel tries to give you a less good suite (floor 2-5). It's only value as a suite lies in the size, view and the terras.The design is simple and the bathroom is very small. Nothing suite-like. Breakfast is disappointing. No refills of fruit, eggs, fruit-salad and more. When you ask for it staff gets irritated. Coffee-machine in breakfast room but only italians are asked for a hand made cappuccino, espresso or else from the kitchen every morning. You have to ask for a cappuccino if you're not italian even if they know you after a few days. Very bad service! This staff needs a floor-manager. Very noisy, also the suites. Many families with children running and screaming. It's easy to hear the TV of you neighbor guests. And there is more to say but I can only use 300 words. Is this really Golden Tulip? Great case for one of my new books on service marketing that I will publish as a university teacher.

La posizione, la cortesia dello staff e la pulizia della stanza e ambienti comuni.

Arredo moderno in camera, ma decisamente datato nel resto dell`Hotel. Bagno piccolo. Vista su una piscina lasciata andare da anni e passaggio alla spiaggia sporco e poco curato.

Все прокурено, и в номерах и в местах общего пользования, запах затхло-табачный.

La posizione centrale, vicinissima alla spiaggia, molto spaziosa la nostra suite, il personale molto disponibile.

La "rumorosità" anche in piena notte di alcuni ospiti stranieri dell'hotel. Il bagno della suite troppo piccolo rispetto alle dimensioni notevoli della stanza Sarebbe auspicabile trovare nell'offerta della colazione, oltre a prodotti per celiaci, anche prodotti a basso indice glicemico per diabetici/prediabetici.

Franncamente credo che sia un hotel non all'altezza del 4 stelle. Ho prenotato una suite carina ma nel complesso un pò deludente rispetto alle foto pubblicate dal sito.Stanza a parte, arredamento datato. Camerieri poco professionali.

Rummen ser inte ut som på bilderna, standarden är lägre. Hotellet är relativt gammalt och skulle behöva modernisering. Frukosten var usel, inga grönsaker, ingen frukt, dåligt urval av bröd.
