Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Excellent breakfast (included in the price) and free parking at the entrance (on non- market days) Would be good to have tea and coffee facilities in the room and the towels are as thin as sheets.

Very nice room with a huge balcony. The hotel is situated in a quiet location on a hill and has a beautiful view over the mountains and Lerici golf. Free private parking (the car is a must). Nice staff, clean room, a big garden/yard.

The place was very nice, staff always helpful, breakfast ok. Definitely good value for money. I liked the fact that they have a wired connection to the internet. A bit outside of the city. It is relatively well connected to the centre, but still a tram ride takes half an hour to the central train station.

There were no cooking utensils so the kitchenette was useless, it was 30 degrees in the room and the aircon was broken, they said it would be fixed next week!! wouldn't let me use a computer as there was no wireless internet available. Noisey neighbours all night, we left at 4am as it was pointless trying to sleep.

Only breakfast and service during breakfast. Parking almost not possible due to street market in front of hotel. Too much noise during early night and the morning.

The price we paid using your website was a good deal. The rooms were clean and we had a balcony we could open to let in fresh air. One of the receptionists was very rude - permanently in a bad mood. She even lost our room key. When we arrived we were told that there was a problem with the aircondition - they said it was not working. Where they trying to fix it? If they tried, they never succeded. This was the second time in 2 days in 2 different hotels in Italy - let's say it was a coincidence, because I'd hate to think that this is the latest to reduce costs :-(

The market on Tue, Thu & Sat. Breakfast is acceptable, with the service (i.e. coffee) excellent. The parking situation is not too bad, one can generally find a spot nearby, but Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays the market requires that one park a little further away.

The hotel manager who recived us, was more intrested in watching the grand prix than booking us in. he failed to explain that we would need to move our car from the front of the hotel, two days later when a street market would surround the hotel, blocking us in, when we awoke one morning. His collegue was just as unhelpfull when I ran down to reception to try and retreave my car.

Excellent reception staff, perfect English and heard them also fluently communicating in French and Spanish - impressive especially for Italy :-) Free public parking just in front of the hotel - only trouble might be if you stay during market days. Free cable Internet and working well. Room was just ok. Very, very thin towels - really bad! Lot of furniture in the rooms so it was hard to move around

The breakfast was good. There is no "free" garage. There is a market in front of the Hotel, where you are required to park far from the hotel in the street and the staff alerts you it is not safe. If you want to park in the Hotel, it costs you extra 10 euros and it is only for few cars. Rooms walls were very dirty, no painting for a long time.
