安かった。朝食も美味しい。ホテルスタッフが気持ちいい。隣接するリストランテが美味しい。バス（18番）- でいろんな所に行ける。目の前の広場で火木土に朝市。中心地ホテルより安い。インターネット接続無料。台所- 付き。部屋広い。合格！ イタリアではどこでもそうだが、備え付けのシャンプーはだめだ。ドライヤー無し。 |

very nice hotel and i shall stay there again.... The stuff would like to keep our passport during our stay in the hotel, but Italian law wants you to carry the passport with you all the time during the visiting the country. We finally told them to take a copy of the passport and then again they were knocking on our door to get our passport and we told them we will not give it to you or we will leave the hotel and will go to another hotel. They did not know what to do, so they left us alone!!!!! |

Airconditioning is not working. They should be honest. If aircondition is not working then they should tell customer when it will be repair. compensation should be offered to the guest. |

Too far out of Turin centre and no information available advising you how to get into the centre, when asked how long it was to walk there we were told 15 minutes - it took 20 in a taxi! |

Location is good, bathroom is clean, friendly staff, free parking near the hotel. Small kitchen turned to be in the room. Although we didn't asked for it and didn't need it, it might be useful. room is needed to be painted |

Nice to stay in a regular living-area with the market outside. The tram is convenient (5 min. walk) and the tabaccho around the corner sells tickets. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, small terrace on highest floor. We even had a small kitchenette. 4 of the 5 beds were much too hard for our liking |

The rooms were large. The staff was helpful and communicated with us well, The staff at the breakfast buffet was very friendly and willing to serve. Wireless internet would have been helpfull since i dont carry a LAN cable with my laptop. |

Nice location in Torino (though far from the historical centre, about 7 km), a kind of a residence/apartment hotel. Nevertheless very comfortable and lovely, with excellent staff, unlimited internet in the room and nice pizzeria near the hotel entrance. |

Great breakfast! Very clean and provided more than expected--did not expect the kitchenette. The concierge spoke good English, but did not explain about taking our passports until we were alarmed about him keeping them, and then he told us he would give them back. Also it was difficult to find the hotel--there were no signs until I actually walked up to the door and even then it didn't say Hotel Guala, only Guala Resisdence. |
