Nice staff,Good breakfast,great location,overall good value for money

Very comfortable bed, hot show, had some English channels, great location close to the leather markets, and great value only 35 euro for a night in the double room as a single!

The toilet was rocky, the walls were a little thin, but I few asleep fine with the tv going.

Absolutely avoid during the cold seasons, it was freezing in my room....

Well situated from railway station and tourist attractions. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was adequate and they made "hot" coffee on request.

The hotel could do with a freshen up in decor, room amenities such as plugs in the bathroom for sink, bath and bidet should be there.

The hotel was in a decent location - not too far from the Duomo and within 15 minutes of walking distance of all the places we wanted to go. We asked for a 2 twin bed room, and instead were surprised with a queen and a twin bed - it was very nice! The rooms were larger than expected and we had our own large bathroom as well.

The wi-fi wasn't the best, but it was free to use. The one main issue we had was that when we were checking out our guide did not speak a word of english, when the man who checked us in spoke english fluently. The man who checked us out of the hotel was very old, and could not even read his own hand writing without a magnifying class - I'm all for providing jobs to the elderly, but this man was past his prime and couldn't handle the necessary tasks of his job. Eventually we got someone to translate for us on the phone - to make sure we could leave our bags after check out as we toured for the rest of the day and to finalize paying (an extra tourist tax which we weren't expecting). The hotel is normally cheap i hear, my friend stayed for 15 euros a night - unfortunately it was a little pricier for us and ended up being 135 euros for three nights. But at the normal price I'm sure it would've been more you-get-what-you-pay-for.

Te hotel was clean and friendly and very well located about 10 minutes from the Duomo and the train station.

Its facilities were limited. Only a very small lounge area (with no natural light) and only three English language TV channels.

Friendly staff, breakfast is okay and the location is very convenient.

Location was good in relationship to city center and breakfast is included. Also, the room was quite spacious and pretty clean.

The older gentleman speaks almost no English and is painfully slow in filling out paperwork (we started to film him for youtube as it was almost comical), though he did address the key issues in his own time. Also, there were mosquitoes in the room though we managed to eradicate them and were not bitten.

The staff where nice. We thought the hotel very cute and quaint. Convenient location close to train station and all the central sights. The area seems a bit seedy, but it seems to be like that everywhere in the centre.
