The hotel is very close to the railway station and to the road. The breakfast is nice. Is not so far from the city center and there is a lot of stores nearby. The price. Too expansive. |

The location of the hotel was excellent - less than 5 minutes to the train station with heavy suitcases (no having to catch water taxis and no stairs). Right on the main walk way in Venice with heaps of shops, cafes and restaurants yet off through a small walk way. It was very clean and had all basic necessities. Although not the best hotel around, it probably was the best value for a 2 star hotel in Venice. Venice is extremely expensive. very noisy. the walls were thin so you could hear everything next door and even the receptionist talking downstairs. The breakfast was almost non existent. Mosquitoes were bad also. |

It is very near the railway station and bus station. No kettle to boil water and make tea. Very unconvenient. Hot water in shower room is not strong enough for shower in mornings. |

Walking distance from central station Whole hotel system in venice seems to be shi.. unless you pay 270 euros the night.Hotle could have been ok excep for dozens of killed mosquitos on room ceiling and wall. no airco, so it was pretty warm when we close the window to avoid more mosqitos. Hotel reception staff can improve specially the bald guy who thinks is Don corleone and won´t talk to you unless you ask twice. |

The room was ready early so we were able to check in early and not interrupt our day in Venice with having to go back. They also served a decent continental breakfast with enough coffee. |

Good location - close to shopping, restaurants, vaporetti. Off street, quiet, comfortable. Nice TV. Great to have bathroom in room. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator. |

The hotel was easy to find and very central to the Railway Station and Vaporetto stations. Staff were helpful with directions. Breakfast continental and good though staff serving it could be more friendly. A very good, central, budget hotel with air conditioning. Always someone on the front desk to welcome you back from your wanderings and to assist with enquiries. |

Friendly counter staff, good location near the railway station. It was really extremely hot in the room: there was no air con and I couldn't leave the window open because of the mosquitoes. Poor breakfast. |

Lovely staff which were very helpful and polite. The hotel was very nice and had cheap wifi access available. Great location - 2 mins walk from train station and very easy to find. The rooms were very clean and free breakfast was a great bonus! |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they did not charge us the ridiculous fee to use the internet. We even forgot our creditcard at the reception counter and they held it for us safely and securely. Pricey & the signs that charge too much to use the internet. |

The location of the hotel was great, because is very near fron the train station, and also of all the roads that have Venice to visit. They don't have any elevator, so if you have a heavy baggage, you need to carry by yourself to the room. |
